Everything about IMS and life here.

Placements: Only 30% of the students were placed, placement rate in e-commerce is quite low as compared to other courses at IMS. On an average the packages are between 4-6 Lacs. The highest package in e-commerce was 7 Lacs in 2023 and the lowest was 3.5 Lacs. Top recruiting companies at IMS are tasks, tcs, bandhan bank, bajaj finance, S&P global etc. Though almost all the students get internships from college in their 1st year of MBA but in. The second year at the time of placements only few make it to the ...

Helpful faculty members.

Placements: I am in my final year of graduation and in my course there does not come any company for placements in BBA. That is 13-15 lacs in MBA commerce The top companies name are information tech and e vitamins. From the passed out seniors I got to know that almost every student got placed from IMS college but not from e commerce. They were mainly from finance and HR background.

The college is decent and inexpensive than other institutions with fewer facilities.

Placements: About 70% of students were placed in our course. The average salary package goes up to 5.5 LPA, which changes year to year. The top recruiting hospitals in our college are Appolo hospitals, Shalby hospitals, Agrawal Eye Hospitals, Novo IVF, etc.

I am dissatisfied with teaching faculty members & placements.

Placements: Placements depend on the capabilities of the candidate. College offers very less camps visits. One should try and grab opportunities outside instead of waiting for campus placements. The average salary package offered is about 4 LPA, and most sales jobs are offered to all the candidates.

Students are eligible for placements from their final year. Career development cell and personality development classes of our college start from the last 2nd year to prepare students to give their best performance in campus selection. Absolutely satisfied because of great internship opportunities in 2020.

Placements: In 2020 about half of the students were placed in the reputed companies like Bajaj, Deloitte, HDFC, NBFC for both marketing as well as financial management sector. For internship almost more than half of the students got an internship in Times, Bajaj, ITC, Reliance and many more. They have offered various job roles in customer relationship, business development, customer behavior, digital marketing etc.

An excellent college, but the campus placements need improvement.

Placements: Placements were good for marketing students, but not for the students of human resource course. There were plenty of opportunities to get placed. I was placed in Spectrum Consultants, Bangalore. Companies like Deloitte, Byju's, HDFC Bank, etc., frequently visit our campus for recruitment.

The college provides a platform for students to develop themselves.

Placements: Placements in college were as per the specifications in the particular field. There were consecutive placements as the number of students was high. The highest salary package offered was 12-14 lacs per annum, the lowest was 2-3 LPA, while the average was 1.50-2 LPA. Most of the students got selected in the campus placements, and the placements are helpful as they are provided as per the efficiency of students.

Satisfactory placements and facilities provided. Students are given exposure to show their talents.

Placements: Placements in the college are quite good as it is one of the best colleges in Madhya Pradesh after IIM. It is a government institution, so the return on investment is best. Salary packages provided by the companies during placements are also satisfactory. Various companies like Deloitte, HDFC, TCS, and Eicher, etc., visited our campus for placements.

Satisfied with the placements, but grooming and exposure provided is zero.

Placements: In marketing, almost 75-80% of our seniors (who were willing to get placed) got placed. Many good companies visited the college with the packages of 5-7 lakhs per annum. The highest package offered was Rs. 7.6 Lacs per annum and the lowest was 1.5 Lac per annum. Almost every student got an internship, in which more than 50% were paid. IMS DAVV is good from the placements point of view because the students can get a good ROI as the fee structure of the college is very low.
