Placements are good, and the college is valuable for money.
Placements: 90% percentage of students placed in this university. The average package is 6.5 Lacs, and the highest package is approximately 50 Lacs. The lowest is 3.5 Lacs. Top recruiting companies are Microsoft, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, etc. All types of jobs, technical, management, and core jobs.
Infrastructure: Top-class infrastructure available. Top-class library and classrooms available. Labs have the latest equipment. Food of the mess is okay, but hostel infrastructure is good. 24*7 ambulance service is available on the college campus. Sports and games equipment are good. College has its own stadium.
Faculty: Teachers and staff of the college are very helpful. They are well-qualified and helpful. They guide very well. Yes, this course curriculum is relevant for campus selection and helpful for the industry. Semester exam is not so much difficult. Teachers explain very well.

Really good infrastructure and hostel facility. Faculty members are not that much great.
Placements: Placement is good if you have knowledge of the basics of coding. The college also conducts placement classes. You need to maintain a good CGPA, attend the placement classes, and maintain attendance; otherwise, you cannot sit for placements.
Infrastructure: The college provides all the necessary study facilities. Hostel facilities are available for both boys and girls. The hostels are neat and clean, and the food is good. Four meals are provided each day. In the hostel, you will get a study table, chair, bed, and personal cupboard. Free Wi-Fi is available. All classrooms in the college are fully air-conditioned, with digital boards and CCTV protection.
Faculty: The faculty members are average, depending on your luck. Sometimes you will have good faculty, sometimes not. You need to maintain an attendance of 30%. The passing rate is good. The academic curriculum is relevant. All teachers are knowledgeable, but not all know how to teach effectively.
Other: For extracurricular activities, there are separate clubs like photography, dance, singing, acting, coding, and many more. However, no major functions are conducted.

Satisfied with the faculty members, okay placements, and infrastructure.
Placements: This information is for 2024 batch passouts. The percentage shown of selection is always around 80–90%, the reason being that they want you to have an 8.5 CGPA+ in 7-semester aggregate to sit for good company placement and for Microsoft and Amazon-type companies, you need 9+. If there are still more students, they will shortlist you based on your 12th grade percentage. The highest package is 42 LPA from Microsoft. People also get 20–30, but less than 10. Most are below 20, and all have an average of 4.5 LPA. About internships, around 100–200 companies come. This year's batch was definitely affected by the recession but it still managed to call around 100–200 companies. The top roles offered are SDE, consultant, assistant engineer, few for Testers and analyst.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is okay. Classrooms are cleaned every day and have AC in each classroom. The library too has AC but recently rules were made that you can't access Wi-Fi in the library on the 3rd floor and are only allowed with laptops and no phones. A medical facility is there and an ambulance is available 24*7. The quality of food is okay. For sports, you have a basketball court, a volleyball court and a cricket net. Even Kabaddi is there. And for indoors, you've got chess, carrom, and table tennis.
Faculty: I can't say all teachers are well qualified. But there are some teachers who're IIT-qualified, NIT qualified and Ph.D. holders. Teachers who've got knowledge teach well but there are some who just read from their notes and make us write. So don't expect much; keep your YouTube ready. The college is open from Monday to Saturday. And there are two exams: one midterm and the other end term. Apart from that, you'll have quizzes. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I had other options. The main reason for choosing CSE at this college is the timing. It's only for 4-5 hours for the 1st year and I heard it goes up to 6 hours in the 2nd year. But every day, this is to the higher and lower ends; you'll have 3 hours of class a day. The best thing about this course is its curriculum; it's up to par, or, if I should say, above average. I wish they removed 12th subjects from the first year itself. Keep math as an important letter but remove physics and keep a core subject in CSE. Events happen, but no fests.

    I am satisfied with it.
Placements: 80-90% of our students get placed every year. The highest package is 52 LPA, offered by Microsoft, and the lowest is 2-3 LPA. The average package is about 6-7 LPA for computer science students. Top recruiting companies that come to ITER are Microsoft, ServiceNow, Adobe, Zomato, Nvidia, Affinsys, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, and Capgemini. At least 90-95 companies visit every year. 30-40% of students get internships every year.
Infrastructure: There are many facilities provided by this institute, like 40+ research labs. Odisha's biggest library is in our college, named the Central Library, with high-class infrastructure and full air conditioning. Classrooms are also smart classrooms with projectors, green boards, and smart boards. One thing I am not happy with is the hostel. My hostel is outside the campus, 1 km away, and we have to go there two or three times per day. The food is good for non-vegetarians but not for vegetarians.
Faculty: If someone is thinking of taking admission to our college, I can tell you that the teachers are very helpful and caring, and most are highly qualified, coming from IITs, NITs, and IIITs. The teaching quality is better than at KIITs, in my opinion.
Other: I chose this course because it is highly valued, in demand, and obviously, the salary is good. The best things about our course are that each student gets appropriate facilities (like smart classrooms with Wi-Fi, air conditioning) and the course outcome is very good for computer science students. I think there is more focus on studies and less on other extracurricular activities like games and social activities like music and dance. The number of students taking admission per year is increasing.

No doubt the college is very good but in my batch placement is not so good.
Placements: 60–70% of students are placed in my course. The highest package offered was 24 LPA, the average is 4.5 LPA, and the lowest is 3 LPA. Deloitte, Nutanix, and Microsoft are the top companies. 30% of students got internships during the course at Amazon and other companies also. Roles offered are Associate Software Engineer, Software Developer, and so on.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure and facilities are very good, which means the classrooms are clean and big, and the main appearance is the Central Library, where anyone can get any book and read and do projects in a silent environment. Hostels are also good, like the Wi-Fi is very fast, the food quality is above average, and they are also very clean and hygienic, and there are so many options for sports and games, so hostel life is great.
Faculty: The teachers are very talented and have great knowledge, and the teaching quality is also good; you can understand everything they will teach you. The course curriculum is above average. It makes the student ready for interviews and companies. The semester exams are not so hard. The pass percentage in each subject is 33%, and also the passing percentage of students is good.
Other: I chose the course of CSE because of the market trend and for placements also. The best thing about my course is that I have gained knowledge about different languages and so on. In my opinion, the course duration must be improved. In my college there we have dance events we have danza club in our college and also various sports events also happens in our college.

    Review about my college experience.
Placements: In my course, 75% of students were placed. The highest package is around 12 Lacs, while the lowest is 5 Lacs, with an average of 7 Lacs. TCS, Wipro, and Microsoft are the top recruiters for my course. Almost 80% of students get internships every year in various start-ups.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in the library and every hostel, and there is wired Wi-Fi in every lab. The hostel quality is average, but the cost is a bit high. Unfortunately, the food quality is not good, but the rooms are average in size and are cleaned daily. However, there are very few sports facilities available.
Faculty: The teachers here are super skilled with tons of experience, always there to help us out when needed. The teaching quality is pretty good. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant and prepares students for the industry. The semester exam isn't too tough, but you do need to study to pass. The pass percentage is 90%.
Other: I chose this course because computer technology is super popular right now, and it's easy to land a job with this qualification. If the course focused more on practical aspects rather than theory, it would definitely be more beneficial. Unfortunately, there are hardly any fests and events in this college.
