The Best days of my life.
Placements: Placements were quite decent. More than 90% students of our batch were placed. Top MNCs including company like Microsoft and Amazon showed interest pulling out folks from our college, also the Packages offered were also very standard. Everyone in 2016 match had atleast one offer.
Infrastructure: Very good and nice infrastructure. Very spacious and had all the things of basic needs within the campus. Labs were quite well-equipped with proper lab assistants. They make sure that there are enough instruments for the folks so that everyone gets to work on one.
Faculty: Faculty members of this college makes it the best place. Highly educated and knowledgeable folks most of them are IIT graduates few others are college alumni. They do maintain the quality very well make sure everyone is taking interest and gaining knowledge. Quite approachable and friendly.
Other: Lot of extra activities. Dance, Drama, Music, Science, name any and we have a proper functional club for it.

ITER is a good college for all the students. Good facilities and infrastructure.
Placements: The placements are really good. Mostly, software companies came to our college like TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, Deloitte, etc. Most of the students placed in TCS and rest are in Infosys and Capgemini and many more. TCS took around 856 students, with the package of 2.3 LPA, and the maximum student's packages were in between 1.2-3.5 LPA. The students got the internship from the college those who are selected for the job.
Infrastructure: We all know that ITER is under 33 in NIFT list, and it has a lovely infrastructure. It has two libraries with the different kind of books. There is a lovely playground for volleyball, football, cricket. We have smart classes with the labs for all the branches. We have medical facilities for all, and we give free services for poor in every month. We organise a cricket tournament in which ITER has been coming under nomination.
Faculty: All the teachers are highly qualified and really helpful for the students. The teachers are talking extra class too. The teaching qualities are really good, and we use projectors for the better understanding. We get industry exposure like HAL, NALCO, IFFCO, etc. The students got a chance to go to these industries so that it will help for our career.

Absolutely satisfied with the academic record, but very much disappointed with the placement.
Placements: As far as placements are concerned, to be honest, this college gives more priority to the ECE branch and for students seeking 60%. But less than 60% is going to be very tough here until and unless students are renowned for other co-curricular activities.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good with modern technology. The labs and classroom are neat and clean. Food available in the canteen is somehow decent since I was bringing tiffin from my home. I have no idea about the hostel. Maybe good, because none of my friends had an issue.
Faculty: To be honest, ITER is very good and outstanding in the educational field. Someone who is very much serious regarding his/her career, he/she can easily top, but it depends upon their sincerity and dedication and also interest. Because faculty are brilliant, if a student gives his 60% efforts then the rest 40% is taken care by the faculty. But if there is a lack of student's effort then it will be very tough here to sustain regarding academics is concerned.

Go to ITER for its good placements, but if you want to study, study yourself.
Placements: Placements are average. Private players like TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, Mahindra and Mahindra, Ashok Leyland and much more reach out to the college to select the right and suitable candidates for their job. The training and placement department is really devoted and working to get their maximum number of students placed.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really nice with all kinds of modern equipment and accessories. Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, medical facilities, sports and games and every other facility is provided here. The food quality in the canteen is average but not in the hostels. The hostel food quality is one of the worst of its kind. Hostel rooms are good. 3 people are accommodated in a single room and the room is also quite spacious.
Faculty: 70% of the faculty are of no use here. They just come and read out the lines which are written on a piece of paper they have brought with themselves into the class. Some good faculty members are there, but the rest of them are the worst. On asking any doubt, they take the same ego clash and keep a grudge on the students. Teachers lack that supportive quality. The curriculum is as per the AICTE rules and regulations.

Other: It is one of the best engineering colleges in Orissa. The teaching is good here and one has to keep a minimum of 75% attendance, failing which you get debarred from appearing in the exams. This helps the students to attend regular classes. It is a deemed university. The tuition fee can be a bit high for some students but in terms of the placements, it is a very good college especially for computer Science students.
