Placements: At IMI Kolkata, 100% students get placed in reputed companies with a good CTC and 100% of first-year students get internships through college. For batch 2021-23, the highest package is 14 LPA, the lowest is 8 LPA, the average is 10.65 LPA, and the median is 10.50 LPA. Placements: In our college, almost 90% of students got placements through campus, where the highest salary package offered was around 18 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 4 LPA. Top recruiters include Deloitte, PWC, ICICI, EY, Kantar and others. Most of the students got placed in finance domain. Almost every student received an internship from college, the majority of which were in marketing and sales roles.

Placements: 90% of the students of PGDM batch 18-20 got placed. The highest package was of 22 LPA and the lowest package was of 3 LPA. Top recruiters were Deloitte, PWC, Randstad, JSW Steel. 95% of students of PGDM Batch 19-21 got their internship. Top roles were in sales and marketing.

Placements: Don't know about the rest of the students. However, I was placed in one of the companies, which was already bankrupt before I even started working there. I got no help from IMIK management. I sometimes wonder the company was intentionally invited to the campus (just to ensure that the placement count is maintained). Placements: I am still in the final year, but 2017-19 batch secured 100% placements from this college. The highest salary package offered was 20 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 4.2 LPA. JSW is one of the top recruiters and HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, ICICI Prudential, HDFC Life, Kantar IMRB are regular recruiters for final placements as well as summer internships.

Companies who offer an annual salary package of around 10 LPA and 4 LPA also visit the campus for placements. The average salary package offered to be around 6 to 6.5 LPA. Companies like JSW also visit the campus and offers the annual salary package of 18 to 20 LPA.

Placements: Many reputed companies and corporate houses like HDFC Bank, IMRB, Deloitte, JSW Steel, etc., visit our college to offer summer internships and final placements to the second year students, every year.
