Before 2018, placements were good here, but now, they are not good.
Placements: About 80% of students got placed from our course. The highest fee for CST engineering per year is a combination of course fees of Rs. 16,000 and hostel and tuition fees of Rs. 42,000. Micromax company visits here for recruitment, and the placements are not good here. Around 15%-20% of students got internships from our course. Java and C+ languages are taught here.
Infrastructure: The hostel facility is good here. Rooms and beds are provided separately. The canteen is not good, and there are no many food items in this canteen. The canteen is for tea, biscuits and puffs. There is a huge playground in the college area, and students play cricket and volleyball. Medical facilities are very poor, and they don't provide emergency medical help.
Faculty: Teachers are good for computer science technology. The principal's qualification is M.Tech in CSE, while HOD's qualification is B.Tech in CSE. Other courses' teachers are also well qualified. Teachers here have very good behaviour and are knowledgeable.
Other: There is no Wi-Fi facility for students, and it is available only for office work. The campus is not crowded. Scholarships are provided.

Review of Jakir Hossain Institute of Polytechnic.
Placements: College provides placements to some students. But all placements are contract-based. After one month of joining company said that there is no work right now. The maximum salary offered was Rs. 12,000 per month without accommodation. The starting salary offered was Rs. 6,000 per month. There is no permanent job in the company. All the job are offered as a trainee under the contractor. Top companies do not visit our campus for placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. All the labs are equipped with Wi-Fi facility. Classrooms are equipped with a projector. The library is good, and all the books are available for the students. Wi-Fi facility is available only available in the computer labs. The hostel is really good. Food served to the students is hygienic, and they serve the food 2 times. Medical facilities are available to the students all the time. The hostel has a separate common room with indoor and outdoor games. Wi-Fi facility is available in the hostel. There is purified water, all-time power backup, and security guard 24x7. Electrical engineering labs have all the lab equipment, but not all are in working conditions.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. They help us all the time. They teach us in a very easy manner. The college does not prepare students for interview and field jobs. They do not build up students confidence for the interview.
Other: I have chosen this course because it is in the mother trade. In the current market situation, not many jobs are available, but in electrical engineering, there is a scope for jobs. Labs need to be improved. They could add some career building and self-improvement classes. Some events, like Saraswati Puja, Mahalaya programme, etc., are organised at our college. Fests are not organised in our college. Connectivity was good. Train and bus facility is available. But the surrounding was not that great. The scholarship is available for the students. Extracurricular activities are not conducted at our college.

I like our college and teachers.
Placements: I am Binod Sheikh, and I like our college Jakir Hossain Institute of Polytechnic. I am a student in the electrical department, and I am thankful to my teacher for their support. I always like and respect our college owner Jakir Hossain sir.
Infrastructure: There are many facilities in our college like high-speed internet, Wi-Fi facility, special lab, beautiful classrooms and an awesome library. Hostel facilities are awesome, and good quality food is available in the mess and canteen. There are also medical facilities.
Faculty: I am thankful to our college teachers and madam, and I really proud of them. They are helpful and knowledgeable, and their teaching quality is very good. This course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready.
Other: I have chosen this course because I like electrical. I wish that our college should improve our course. Our college organises many events and fests.

It is a very good college with good faculty members.
Placements: Around 50% of students got placed in our college. The maximum salary package offered was 2 LPA and the minimum salary package was 1 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Tata, L&T, and many more. Around 20% of students got internships in our college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was good. Many books were available in the library. Wi-Fi connection was available. Food served in the hostel was good. Hostel fee was less.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were experienced and friendly. There was a good relationship between teachers and students. Semester exams are hard so students have to work hard to pass examinations. Around 95% of students passed in the previous year.
Other: I joined this college because it is nearby our home. I recommend students to take admission in this college.

Jakir Hossain Institute Of Polytechnic is the best college.
Placements: Almost 60% of students get placed in our course. The salary offered in our course is Rs. 15,000-20,000 per month. Many companies offer jobs. Top roles offered are mobile application developer and software engineer. Almost 40% of students got an internship from reputed companies all over India.
Infrastructure: There are excellent facilities at the college. There are Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms and library facilities available in the college. There is also a vast playground available for games, and there is a good canteen for food. There are many other medical facilities in the college.
Faculty: Our teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality of teachers is excellent, and we love it. It makes students industry-ready, but also students have to work hard for that.
Other: I choose this course because of passion, and it provides good job opportunities after completion of course. Nothing needs to improve about course, and it is excellent. Many events organised by teachers in the college. Scholarships also provided for students in the college.
