It is a NAAC Certified college and an A+ college.
Placements: Not many students are placed in my course—approximately 26-27 percent. The lowest package is 4 lakhs per annum, with the maximum not known. Most placements are in marketing-related companies. As a professional fashion designer or model, the vocational branch situated on the college campus offers opportunities.
Infrastructure: In my college, we have two buildings: one for all regular courses and one for vocational or fine arts courses. Every department has its own room, a seminar hall, and an auditorium for functions or events. There is a two-floor library with Wi-Fi and an e-resources room, three computer labs, and three labs.
Faculty: In my college, teachers are helpful and sweet; their teaching quality is excellent. They teach us in a very well-mannered way, so we easily understand any topic, and they take care of us like school students. About examinations, the system is strict and fair with discipline. The passing results are 99 percent.
Other: I like math and wanted to pursue mathematics for my further studies, which is why I chose it. We have excellent teachers who help us at any time. We always organize events in our college related to festivals or events for the well-being of students.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty and friendly environment of college.
Placements: Almost 70% of students get placed every year. The average package was 7 LPA, and the average package offered in our course was 5 LPA. Well, as I am a fresher, I can't tell you about the top companies or the internship opportunities. But it's very well built and has a very friendly environment.
Infrastructure: The college is very well built and is friendly to specially abled people's too. The campus is fully Wi-Fi equipped. The classrooms provide you with smart boards in them, and one of the most peaceful places is the library. It provides you with many novels as well as reference books for help. The hostel provides each and every facility. It provides a common room with AC and a TV in it. Every room has geysers and will be provided with heaters in the winter. The mess food is overall good but you can't expect high quality. Canteen food is also average. The campus provides a football field, a basketball court and many other facilities. It also provides you with a medical room in case you are not well.
Faculty: Our almost all the teachers are well qualified and have done Ph.D. from a reputable institute. They are very friendly and helpful, as they are always ready to help you when you need them. The teaching quality is excellent, as they are explaining in a very efficient way. The course is really relevant, as math is a subject that opens many doors for you. The semester exams are moderate and if you are a little hardworking, you may get nice grades.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in math and want to go further with math as my main subject. The best thing about this course is that it opens many doors for you. Math is a subject that has a lot of options. My course is very good but the one thing that can be improved is the teaching technique. As DU is famous for its festival, the annual festival is known as the symphony, where famous singers come for the event. The campus is surrounded by beautiful trees, as it is a green college. It also provides you with a 100% scholarship.

I am happy and satisfied by faculty and infrastructure but disappointed because of the placements.
Placements: It is so disappointing to hear that there are no placements provided by the college after B.Sc. in mathematics. There are no internships also for our course. The students have to find jobs and internships by themselves. After completion of your B.Sc. degree, you can get a job as a teacher, statistician, or data analyst in government services. You can also try some jobs in the banking sector. The average salary package after your B.Sc. degree will be 4 LPA - 6 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our college is situated in Rajendra Nagar, Delhi. Our campus has a very large area. Our department is on the 2nd floor of college building. Our classrooms have only fans and there are no air-conditioners because of that, we face many problems during summer. But our library is fully air-conditioned and Wi-Fi is also available in the library. Our labs are fully furnished and the seats are well cushioned. Our hostels have 3 floors. There are many rooms on each floor. There is one room for two students in the hostel. The mess of our hostel is very nice. You can get quality food at very reasonable rates. There are many indoor and outdoor sports in our college like football, hockey, basketball, and table tennis.
Faculty: Every teacher in our department is very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Most of the teachers completed their masters and some of them are Ph. D.s also. The teaching quality of most of the teachers is very good and they also use smart boards to give us a very good explanation. The curriculum of our course is prescribed by Delhi University and is very relevant for our course. There will be exams every semester and there are 2 semesters each year. Exams are not so tough. Most students can pass the exams if they listen to the classes attentively.
Other: I chose this course because I had an interest in mathematics since my 9th class. The best thing about this course is that it gives the opportunity for the students to explore the world of mathematics which can be very fascinating for some of us. There are so many fests and events in our college. The annual fest of our college occurs every year in the month of February. There are tech fests also which occurs in the month of March and April every year. In our college, you can join NCC and can also serve your country. There are many scholarships provided by Delhi and the central government to the students who belong to EWS and minority categories.

Placements: In this college, placements were average. There were provided various opportunities for students in the field of internships, but a few numbers of companies visit the college for placements. Around 10% of students were placed. The highest salary package offered was 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was eye-catching and good. The ratio of nature was higher than that of infrastructure. There were various gardens and laboratories in the college with good facilities. But the classrooms were fine. The library was big and it provides useful books.
Faculty: I am satisfied with the faculty members. Teachers were very knowledgeable and helpful, and some of them had completed their Ph.D. level education. The semester exams were difficult, but the pass percentage was good.

I am satisfied with the college and it is good for girls.
Placements: Almost 70% of students from our college got placed in the previous year. Paid and unpaid internships are provided by the placement cell of our college. Axis Bank, Godrej, Indigo, ICICi Bank, and IBM India are some top companies that recruit students every year. Career opportunity cell of JDMC helps students to locate opportunities. Commerce teachers are very cooperative and they leave no stone in helping students for their careers. Students can join societies to enhance their skills.
Infrastructure: There is a hostel named Krishna Hostel in JDMC which provides a 100% good residence for 110 girls. We have a food facility, Wi-Fi, medical and sports for girls in college as well as in hostel is more than the satisfactory level. The annual fee for the hostel is a bit more than others but this is a very safe and secure place. There are many labs for the students having programming in their subjects and a good operating system and responsible staff in labs are available. Each lab has 150 computers.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and are Ph.D. holders. Some are very helpful but one or two of them are not sometimes. The course syllabus for B.Sc. mathematics is as per the University of Delhi guidelines. Teachers prefer the required books and guideline problems, they help students to solve them and provide written notes as well. The course may help students to crack the future competitive exams and entrance examinations for post-graduation.
Other: Firstly, this college provides a proper education for women, promising various scholarships, Sports activities, and good campus life. Girls can enjoy fests, have fun and showcase their talent by participating in competitions. I chose this course because of my interest in mathematics, and you can read some other elective subjects with your main course. College provides a variety of subjects for students as per their choices and interest of study. It is an amazing place to spend three years of your life.

Friendly environment. One can prepare for entrances and jobs along with the course.
Placements: I was pursuing B.Sc. Hons in Mathematics from Janki Devi Memorial College, and passed out this year itself. As of what I know, my friends and people from my department whom I know didn't get many placement offers. So I'd say the percentage was for sure below 20%, also due to this I can't say anything about package offers, recruiting companies, since None in my knowledge availed this. But the internship rate was somewhat good, above 50% I can say, companies were mainly from the teaching field and marketing and HR fields.
Infrastructure: Among the various DU colleges' campuses I've been to, our College has a really good infrastructure. Recently, during online classes, a building was under reconstruction. Wi-Fi was available, Labs were also good with almost all the PCs working well, Classrooms were better than other colleges, and the library is also well-equipped. Our College hostel was inaugurated recently and has a really good infrastructure, mess food was fine, as of what was told by the hostellers, the canteen was good with a good variety of foods. Medical facilities were good as well, even our College organises multiple health camps in a year, some for checkups other for blood donation etc., Sports and games seek healthy participation from students from all over the college.
Faculty: Teachers in our department were all qualified, knowledgeable, and really helpful. But when it comes to the teaching quality, some teachers were not very interactive but most of them are good. The course curriculum was student-friendly. That can make a student teaching or research-ready. Exams are the same all over DU and are not always lengthy, the passing percentage is 1/3rd of the total.
