Placements: The placement cell of Janki Devi Memorial College offers lots of opportunities to 2nd and 3rd year students. In the placement drive of our batch 2013-16, about more than 10 companies visited. About 50 to 60 percent students were placed. The highest package was 2.2 lakhs offered by Ernst and Young. Roles like an audit associate, process associate, and customer executive were offered. About 20 to 30 percent students got an internship too.
Placements: The college has a well-managed placement cell that arranges the placement facility every year for the students. Many companies come every year and an average of 10-20 students get the opportunity to be placed. Companies like E&Y, Genpact, etc come for placements. Most of the students get the package around 3-4 lakhs per year. The placement cell is good for work but only for BCom. Economics students and arts students have less opportunities.
Placements: The placement cell of JDMC is good as a decent number of companies make it to the college despite it being an off-campus college. Companies like S&P, EY, Genpact, etc. select the students from our college. The maximum package goes up to around 4 lakhs per annum and the minimum must be around 1.2 lakhs. Being a commerce student, the companies coming for this field offered the post of an assurance associate and some firms hired for their BPO centres.
Placements: The college has a placement cell which offers decent placements. Though the college promises placements, these are quite less for BA (Hons.) English. Also, the average package is not that high and some of the students opted for content writing as well. There are very few chances of getting placed.
Placements: The placement cell of the college is average. Most companies offer a package of 3-4 lakhs. The companies coming to college mostly offer calling or back-end profile. Only a few companies provide a core profile. But the efforts are being placed by the students and faculty to bring good companies in college and more of core profiles. Recently, the college organised a job fair in which around 100 companies came to offer a job. Within 2-3 years, the college would have a decent placement cell.
Placements: The placement was pretty decent. All reputed companies came for placement last year. The placement was around 90% with an average package of 3.5 lakhs. The package went up to 6 lakhs for B.Com. The roles offered by most of the companies was an associate auditor. Internship records were not that good in the college.
Placements: Placements are not so good. Only 1-2 good companies visited the campus and the rest 3-4 companies offered only BPO profiles which are not suitable for commerce graduates. If you are looking for immediate and good placements after graduation, then this is not the college for you.
Placements: Only 5-10% students were placed. Only BPOs came at our college campus. I am dissatisfied with the placements. Good companies do not come to the college campus. Walk-in interviews are there which are of no use. Only marketing field companies came to take interviews. Our senior batch was too dissatisfied with the college placement. They do not provide this facility to the non-collegeite students. Regular students may get a chance but this is not for the non-collegeite students. ...
Placements: The placements were quite good in our previous batch and in our batch. Top companies like Ernst and Young and IBM visited our college. The kind of roles they were looking for was basically of a business and data analyst. They were only two students who got selected from the whole two sections as the competition was very tough and positions were very less.
Placements: Our seniors were pleased with their placement program. Many students were selected by EY. Positions were offered in departments of finance, accounts etc. Highest salary package offered was up to 3-4 LPA CTC. Overall, a majority of students from the batch were placed. Students pursuing professional courses like CA and CS chose not to sit for placements as they had their exams coming up.
Placements: The college has a well managed placement cell that arranges placement facilites every year for students . many companies come every year and an average of 10-15 students get placed. Companies like E & Y and Genpact come for placements. Most students get a package of average three to four lakhs per year. The placement cell of our college is really good at work
Placements: Our college has link ups with many companies providing great opportunities to students. The cell has been always active in solving queries of students. This year, many companies offered opportunities out of which EY offered the highest package of 3.5 lakh per annum. Our college has an average of 2 lakh/annum salary. An average of 10-20 companies visit the college and many students are picked for their career jobs. With an active placement cell, students feel a sense of job security in future. ...
Placements: The placements cell is working good in our college. Many companies visits like Jag boss and EY and they offer packages of about 2-3 L till now. They offered jobs in many fields. Every year, 10-12 companies visit this college. Many students take up jobs as their careers.
Placements: Placements cell is very active in our college. Every year, many students get enrolled and almost all the students get placement in good companies. Companies that visited our college are Ernest young, jag bros and many others. The average salary offered is 2.5-3 LPA. Last year, 18-20 companies visited our college. They selected the students for lower level management posts. Many companies have offered placements and along with that, they promised that they will help the students in pursuing MBA s...
Placements: The companies that visit our college for placements are highly reputed companies. The placements of our senior batch were good, and the average salary offered to our seniors was 2,00,000 to 3,00,000 per annum. One of the companies that visited our college was EY which offered a manager profile.
Placements: There is a placement cell in our college. It is quite active and always helps students to get placements in good companies. Some of the companies that come to our college are EY and a few others. I think the students from our college have been able to get placements with highest packages of around 4 lakh rupees. I think that some more good companies should come to our college as this will open up more opportunities for the students.
Placements: College offers best campus placements. Companies like EY and KPMG offers good package. The average package available to the students range from 2.5 lakhs to 3 lakhs per annum. Although, the placement cell needs to boost up with more companies and better packages.
Placements: As a philosophy student, I must recommend this college. Although the placements of the college are not good, the college provides a good quality of education. They help the students to become a good professional in the field of philosophy. They help in building career in the teaching field.
Placements: Various internships have been provided to our students from various companies like Livon and various NGOs . The companies that visited here were Hewitt, Genpact, IBM, etc. The college has good placement infrastructure.
