SRCC is one of the most eminent colleges of Delhi University. Admission to various courses offered at SRCC is based on CUET entrance exam. The university seats are allocated through DU CSAS counselling. Aspirig candidates must fulfil the course-specific eligibility criteria set by the college. Hence, its your CUET score that matters more than the Class 12 last-qualified exam score. One can join SRCC with 85% marks, only if they clear the required CUET cut-off. Q: Who is eligible for Lady Shri Ram College for Women admission?
Admission to all the Lady Shri Ram College for Women courses is entrance-based. While Lady Shri Ram College for Women accepts CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses, admission to all the PG programmes will be subject to the CUET- PG exam starting. Q: How many subjects can I choose for the CUET exam?
From CUET UG 2025 onwards, candidates can now choose for five CUET subjects. Earlier, the subject choices were six. With the rediuction in number of CUET subjects, the choices have been reduced. Candidates can opt for five subjects from 23 domain subjects of any stream irrespective of subjects studied in class 12th.
Q: Can I take admission to DU with 60% in Class 12?
DU is considered one of the most competitive universities in India for Commerce, Science and Arts education at the undergraduate level. The university and its affiliated colleges was attracting the cream layer of crowd till the time admission was subject to Class 12 scores. While reserved category candidates still had minor chances of getting into a not-so-popular course of DU with 60% in Class 12, a General category student with 60% had no chance of getting into any good college or course at DU.
However, starting 2022, DU admission process has shifted to CUET-UG based admission process. Those with a valid score in CUET UG exam who have passed their Class 12 are eligible to take admission now. While the chances of getting into a good DU college are still low at this score, the chances of getting a seat have increased now (provided you score extremely well in CUET UG).

Delhi University Admission Process
Delhi University admission for UG programmes is subject to the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) exam conducted by NTA. Aspirants, willing to apply for DU admission at more than 90 DU-affiliated/ constituent colleges must crack the CUET. Those who qualify in the entrance examination can then register on Delhi University’s Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) portal for seat allocation. Done in multiple rounds, seat allocation is based on multiple factors such as - the combination of college and selected course, the position of the candidate in the merit list, category (SC/ ST/ OBC/ EWS/ UR) of the candidate, and availability of seats.
