Really good infrastructure and placement; I love the campus and sports activities.
Placements: Companies like Jindal Panthers and Parason conduct recruitment here. The highest package I’ve seen is 12 LPA, while the lowest is 8 LPA, which is very good for building a successful career. Many students have secured placements.
Infrastructure: The college campus, including hostels, is clean and well-secured. Good medical and gym facilities are available, and the staff emphasizes health by encouraging attendance in yoga classes and gym sessions. The canteen is neat and clean, surrounded by lush greenery, creating a dreamy atmosphere.
Faculty: The teaching staff is highly qualified and experienced in their subjects. All teachers are knowledgeable and skilled. There are well-equipped computer labs and various practical labs, providing excellent support for students across all disciplines.

Review of MGM on Shiksha
Placements: The percentage of students placed in this course is quite good. At least 70% of students in this course secure positions with reputable companies. The highest package offered is more than 10 LPA, with top companies like Dmart and Amazon hiring students from this course. About 40% of students get internships.
Infrastructure: All facilities and infrastructure are available, though Wi-Fi is not provided for the course. The classrooms are well-maintained, and there is a digital library. The quality of food available in the mess is very good. Sports and games facilities are also provided.
Faculty: The teachers in my course are very helpful and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is excellent. However, the course curriculum lacks industry visits. The semester exams are relatively easy, resulting in a pass percentage of 80%.
Other: I chose this course because of my knowledge of computers. There is a need for improvement in practical work. The campus environment is very good.

Review of engineering at JNEC in 2023.
Placements: Minimum 60% placements are offered throughout academics. Jio, A4 Technology, Cognizant, TATA ELXI, Tech Mahindra, and Atlas Copco are some recruiters that visit campus. The highest package for 2023 is 16 LPA but for only one student. The average package is 3.5 LPA. Only 50% of students got placed during campus interviews.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very beautiful. Labs are up-to-date. The network is also good. The Apple Lab is also there. Practical sessions are conducted regularly. Greenery is all over. The college lawn is very beautiful; it has seating arrangements and mountains. The food quality at the canteen is good. If you do not like campus canteens, you have the option of a sports canteen near campus. The food quality and menu are both very good. Hostels are available inside the campus and they are affordable. If you want, you can also find rooms on a cot near campus.
Faculty: The course curriculum is up-to-date as per trending technologies. All trending programming languages are taught but only the basics are covered. We need to take extra classes from other coaches to learn a complete language. Some faculty members are excellent but some contact-based faculty members are not. Exams are regularly scheduled after 2-3 topics and a question bank is provided for example, for preparation. On the basis of the MGM University CET score, some scholarships are also provided to students. Teachers are helpful. The level of the semester exam is moderate but you have to study daily.
Other: JNEC is one of the best engineering colleges in Aurangabad. I have appeared for the MH-CET and, after that for the CAP round in order to get admitted to JNEC. As of now, they are taking MGM University CET for admissions. The fee for MGM University CET is 1500. Faculty members are also good. All the teachers are friendly. You can ask questions in there free time. Some teachers are not covering the entire syllabus. You have to cover the remaining points on your own. At the end of the academic year in the month of March, razzmatazz, which is an annual gathering, is conducted. Shaayari, dance, cricket, singing and many more activities are hosted during that period. The infrastructure is very beautiful. Labs are up-to-date. The network is also good. The Apple Lab is also there. Practical sessions are conducted regularly. Greenery is all over. The college lawn is very beautiful; it has seating arrangements and mountains.

Inside JNEC: A student's perspective.
Placements: In this college, about 15–25% of students in a batch manage to get campus placement each year. Companies like TCH, Infosys and Yardi reach students during campus placements. The highest package received by any student ranges around 5,50,000 per year, and the lowest one goes around 2,00,000 per year, with the average package offered being around 3,00,000 per year. In the case of internships, almost 40%–50% of students per class get internships and are capable of working in the industry.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is great; saying it is one of the best in town would not be an overstatement. The college building is well maintained and in good shape. The classrooms are very spacious, clean and well ventilated. The computer labs in the college are maintained and up-to-date, the systems work properly and there is a table internet connection at all times. Computer labs also have air conditioning facilities. Other labs, like Chemistry lab and Physics lab are also up-to-date, well maintained and have all the required facilities. The hostel facilities are also decent; rooms are neat, clean properly ventilated and have all the required facilities like hot water, Wi-Fi, etc. Mess facility are also available and are good.
Faculty: The teaching facility is nice. All the teachers are well qualified; most of them are postgraduates or pursuing their PhDs. The staff is also very friendly; they are easy to approach and they are always willing to listen to the doubts of students. The curriculum is also up-to-date and extremely relevant. The college ensures that the students stay up-to-date with the ongoing demands of the industry. The semester exams are moderately difficult, so if a student studies on a daily basis, it won't be much harder for him/her to manage to pass the exams.
Other: I chose this course because of the undying interest I have in the field of computer sciences. The best thing about this course is the overwhelming demand for IT and CS professionals in the industry. The college has an annual gathering called Razzmataz, which is a 3-day cultural event. There are many different activities, like Character Day, DJ Night, Cultural Night, etc.

Review about my college.
Placements: Around 40 percent of students were placed in our course. Around 6 LPA is the highest package and the average package is around 3 to 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Tata, Aditya Birla, etc. The college also provides internship opportunities at Infosys and many other companies.
Infrastructure: There is a nice infrastructure at the college and many facilities are available, like hi-tech classrooms and libraries with many books and journals. Wi-Fi facilities are also available. Hostel facilities are also available but rooms are very small and canteen food is average .
Faculty: All the faculty members are highly qualified and knowledgeable. Most of the faculty have Ph.D. Faculty members behavior is friendly but they are also rude but supportive. Teaching quality is good but should increase. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant. It makes the students industry-ready.
Other: Yes, the institute organized an annual fest.

A:

Certainly, meeting the minimum cutoff for B.Tech at Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College, MGM University, secures a seat; however, it's crucial to consider the potential ramifications of opting for a lower cutoff, as it may lead to allocation in less preferred branches.
