Satisfied. Except for the campus placements.
Placements: Placement in JNEC is more for IT/CSE/E&TC branch as compares to core branches. In my time, only 2 chemical core companies visited the college and so far only 3 students have been selected from the chemical department. As far as I know, the salary offered to placed students are around 300000 PA. Companies like Garada Chemical, local companies like Badave Engineering limited visited. The college provides internships as the students get only an experience certificate to students. As long as it was related to the syllabus, every student got internships in respective local companies.
Infrastructure: The college facilities are all good. As JNEC is one of the top private colleges from Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University. All facilities are good as they take a high fee also from students. Labs and classrooms are also good. The canteen food is also good and reasonably priced. Girls hostel is good but the food provided by the hostel canteen was not good in my time, so I ate outside mostly. The college infrastructure is also good.
Faculty: Chemical engineering faculty was awesome and friendly. Teaching methods were as good as the students' understanding level. At my time, student to faculty ratio may be 2:1. Yes, I got industry exposure. The course curriculum was useful and is helping me now also.
