The institute library has more than 10000 reference and text books and e-books , 20 print versions of national and international journals and more than 200 e-journals. Yearly membership of British Council Library , Pune and Jaykar Library, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune.
- Hostel
Girls Hostel: The institute has a dedicated on campus girl hostel facility with a total accommodation for 300 inmates including pharmacy students. Boys Hostel: Private hostel , paying guest and rental accommodation facilities are available in the nearby areas .

The JSCOPR has total 15 laboratories or UG(,B.Pharm) course as well as separate laboratories for computer and networking , instrumentation, manufacturing pilot plant and research laboratories for PG students. Animal house facility registered with CPCSEA, New Delhi. Application software such as X-Pharmacology , PCP –Disso, for research and academic purpose.

| B.Pharma | Candidate must have studied Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics/Biology subjects with above mentioned marks in the above subjects taken together from any recognised Board/Council. The mentioned marks of SC/ST and OBC is for the candidate belonging to maharashtra State. Candidates who are appearing at the qualifying examination are also eligible. Maharashtra State candidates must have to appear for MHTCET. All India Candidates need to appear for MHTCET/NEET. However, preference shall be given to the candidate obtaining non zero positive score in NEET over the candidates who obtained non zero score in MHTCET. |
| M.Pharma | For sponsored candidates, minimum of two years of fulltime work experience in a registered firm/ company/industry/ educational and/ or research institute/ any Government Department or Government Autonomous Organization in the relevant field in which admission is being sought. |
