Jindal Global Law School offers a regular Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) course in Law. The minimum and the maximum period of study and research is three years and six years, respectively, from the date of registration of the student. Admission to PhD is based on the performance of the candidates in the qualifying examination and entrance exam. Applicants shall be admitted to the PhD course under the full-time (with fellowship/ without fellowship) or part-time (without fellowship) category.

• Eligibility: LLM degree with a minimum of 55% aggregate* from a recognised university (Candidates with more than three years of experience in Managerial / Teaching / relevant field will be given preference)

• Selection: Entrance Exam (JGU Research Aptitude Test (RAT)/ UGC NET/ CSIR NET/ JRF/ SLET (Haryana State) or any other similar examination) score + Interview with the School Doctoral Committee (SDC)
