Aspirants who have completed bachelor's degree in Law from any university in India or abroad that is duly recognised under the Law and by the regulatory authorities can apply for JGLS LLM course. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at later stages of admission. Additionally, admission to LLM is based on LSAT India score (70% weightage), statement of purpose and curriculum vitae (30% weightage). Final selection will be done considering the performance of candidates in all the selection rounds.

The total tuition fee for JGLS BA LLB (Hons) course is INR 31.25 lakh. The fee is the sum of the annual programme fee for five years. It does not include a residential fee or any other charges. The programme fee and residential fee are subject to an annual increase of upto 10%. Candidates need to pay the course fee after completion of the selection rounds to confirm a seat. Jindal Global Law School accepts LSAT India for admission to BBA LLB (Hons) course. LSAT India is an entrance test designed by the Law School Admission Council (LSAC), USA, LSAC’s affiliate in India. The test will be in a multiple choice format and covers Logical Reasoning, Analytical Reasoning and Reading Comprehension.

Candidates who have passed LSAT India and completed Class 12 with a minimum of 45% aggregate in Arts/ Science/ Commerce stream from a school recognised by CBSE, ISC, state boards, IB, Cambridge, and other govt. recognised boards are granted admission to BBA LLB (Hons) course. 

A pass in Class 12 with a minimum of 45% aggregate in Arts/ Science/ Commerce stream from a school recognised by CBSE, ISC, state boards, IB, Cambridge, and other govt. recognised boards is required to apply for JGLS BA LLB (Hons) course. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at later stages of admission. Additionally, Jindal Global Law School shortlists aspirants for BA LLB (Hons) course based on LSAT India score. The total seat intake for BA LLB (Hons) is 300. Candidates will be granted final admission based on their eligibility and LSAT India score. 

All scholarships are subject to merit-cum-means and parental income limits determined by O.P. Jindal Global University. As per some media sources, Jindal Global Law School admit 75% to 80% students through LSAT exam. It is an approximate number as per the past years' data. The law school further accepts LSAT exam scores for all of its law programmes. Hence, the cutoff marks for selection to each course may vary. 

Further, for the BA courses, the college also accept other entrance exam scores. The accepted exams are JSAT/SAT/ACT/CLAT-UG/CUET-UG.
