Good placements but not very good infrastructure.

Placements: Placements are good especially for computer science, electronics and IT, and most of the students of these streams got placed in our batch. The college also arranges joint campus and pool campus with various other colleges like CGC Landran. The college makes an effort for placements, and if you owe for well prepared, then you will surely get placed.

A Good college, can be taken to great heights by becoming more industry oriented.

Placements: The college saw a good placement of our batch by combining both on-campus and pool/off campus drives. Students were placed in companies like TCS, SAP, Verizon, etc. The offered packages varied from 3 LPA to 10 LPA. Students were offered roles from software tester to associate developer, developers and others.

Good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: There are no placements for the electrical engineering department, but companies are coming for CS ECE, IT. The packages which these companies were providing is bit low. If you work hard in the right direction, you will surely place irrespective of which branch you belong.

Jmit review of college jmit.

Placements: Good placement for computer Science, information technology and electronic and communication engineering. Placement very low for other courses. Tata consultancy services is the main recruiter and number of placement solely depend upon this company. But it is better than other private colleges. Generally IT companies are the only recruiter and others are not present.

Overall, it is an above average college.

Placements: Overall, the placement was good. A high number of students were placed during the last month. The average salary offered was 2.3 LPA. The placement cell works efficiently. Many big companies were invited to the placement process. Full support for placement was given to the student.

On a scale of 10, we can rate 7 is for placement, 8 for teaching quality, and 6 for the practicals.

Placements: It is good but now days are very less placement in the college campus. But the placement cell works well to call more companies in the institute. I think it should work better than the present. Please guide the students to take placement and also improve internship.

The highest package was 8LPA minimum was 1.8LPA, and the average package was around 3 LPA. TCS, Mindful solutions, Vserv, Binary Semantics, XL Dynamics, Decimal Technologies and some other companies visited the campus.

The college life is the real life.

Placements: Good placement records of our college make it the must join the institute. Moreover, other great facilities are available for overall development of a student. All the students who work hard get placed easily in the good companies coming to our campus at an interval of 1-2 weeks during placement season. I am happy that all my friends are placed in excellent companies and are going in the good direction.

Life at JMIT is full of mixed emotions and four years of struggle.

Placements: If the students are selected for the TCS, then it's good. Otherwise, it is difficult for the students to get a job, as TCS is the only organization that visits campus for placements. Some small Indian based MNCs also visits the campus, but they offer very low packages. Most of the students got placed from off-campus drives for the college and the college used to provide transportation facility for the students to attend the placement.

Seth Jai Parkash Mukand Lal Institute of Engineering and Technology is the best in the Haryana.

Placements: The placement record is good for our college as it is around about 100% if you are not holding any backlogs. They call the top companies for placement process and also help the student to get placed in companies by conducting pre-placement workshops where students learn to attend the interview.

The college is very good for computer science engineering and IT engineering students.

Placements: The placements in this college are very good for computer science engineering and IT engineering, but only 20 students got placed in mechanical engineering out of 120 students. The highest salary offered to our batch was 5 LPA offered by Hewlett Packard. The major companies visited the college are TCS, Hewlett Packard, Escorts. The placement cell of our college is very efficient and active.

The college is good for academics but ambience is weird.

Placements: The placements of our college were good. Even placement of our seniors was also good. I mean all the students who were eligible for placements got placed (about 90%). We had fewer companies visiting our college, but the placement cell conducted many joint placements with other colleges. Our college was not good at providing the internship. But only students of CSE, IT is placed in that good number. The average package was 3.0 lakhs per annum. The highest package offered any BYJU was 6 LPA. The l...

Satisfied due to placements, infrastructure and needs improvement in curriculum and faculty.

Placements: TCS is the main recruiter in JMIT. It has been recruiting in bulk. The numbers vary year to year. It usually hires around 30 students every year. Other recruiters include SAP, Trigent, etc. The placements opportunities are huge in the college. It depends on the students what they make of it. Approximately 70-80% of the students were placed every year, both in on-campus and off-campus recruitment. The average package offered was around 3 LPA. It can be as low as 1.8 LPA to as high as 6 LPA. ...

Nice college but the university is bad

Placements: Placements were good in our college, but the university is the worst due to which most of the students have backlogs in some subjects. But the college is the best in everything. Many companies come in this college like TCS, Wipro, HDFC Bank, Amazon, etc.

Number 1 college in Yamunanagar district.

Placements: The placements are good in our college. Many companies are coming to our college, a few days back a company named CodeChef visited our institute for campus placements. They are giving the highest salary package of 26 lacs per annum to a deserving candidate. Justdial also visited, and many students got selected for that. I do not know the actual figure of students who got placed, but I know that many have got placed in very good companies who are offering CTC of 3 to 4 lakhs per annum.

Great college for average students who want to enjoy their college life and graduate

Placements: College campus placements are available only for ECE, IT and computer branches whereas no companies come for mechanical, electrical and AEI. TCS is the main focus for ECE and CSE students here because only TCS provide most of the campus placements i.e. 150 to 300 in JMIT Radaur.

A good college for study and infrastructure but needs to work on placements.

Placements: Our campus was basically an IT-based campus because it was providing placements only to IT and CSE students. But from last 2-3 years, the scenario has changed and it has started providing golden placements to other trades also. Like in my trade, ECE, there are great placement opportunities in companies like Bharti Airtel, Vivo, Indo Vision (company associated with Huweii), Tesca, etc.

Above average on basis of faculty, placements and curricular activities.

Placements: There are regular placements but low packages at generally less than 3 LPA. Generally, the TPO calls good start-up companies and some settled ones but still, the package is low. Generally, Delhi, Gurgaon areas are the job locations. I am placed in TCS so I can say that JMIT is good for TCS. If you really need placements, you must rely on off-campus placements.

Faculty is not knowledgeable.

Placements: TCS is the main company that comes every year to JMIT. In my batch around 90-110 students got placed in TCS. Other than this, around 9-10 companies in total visited our campus for 2012-2016 batch. Other than this, the college also provides facility to students like arrange bus facility for them to take them to the pool campus drives. I got selected in 3 companies TCS, HPE (Chandigarh University pool campus drive) and Prime Focus Technologies (RIMT pool campus). Currently, I am working in HPE as ...

JMIT College is the best.

Placements: I have completed my BTech from JMIT College, Radaur. In my batch, 12-20 students' placements were done in the national and international companies like Dell, HP, TCS etc. They offer a salary package according to students. If a student has good marks and they have the best knowledge, then the company gives a salary package of approximately 3 lakh to 10 lakh. Every year, many companies visited our campus. As I told you earlier that HP, TCS, Dell etc. If a student clearly passes, he/she does not ha...
