Review of JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida.

Placements: About 50% of students got placed during on-campus placements, and around 10% of students did not get placed. Around 40% of students chose to opt out of placements and prepare for special exams like GATE, ESE, etc. The average salary package offered in on-campus placements was 3.50 LPA. During our time, mostly IT based companies visited the campus to conduct placements. Students had to get internships by themselves. Placement cell of the college is efficient.

JSS is a good institution where you can ensure a stable life ahead.

Placements: JSS provides good placements to CS and IT branches compared to other branches. Overall, the placement records of all branches are good. Decent companies visit the campus every year. They offer handsome salaries. Placements are improving with time compared to the previous years.

Everything is good except for the placements of the civil engineering department.

Placements: As far as the civil engineering department is concerned, the placements are poor. The companies have not visited the campus for the last three years to hire students of the civil branch. However, there are good salary packages for CS, IT, EE, and ECE department students. Companies like TCS, Wipro, and other core companies visit the campus quite often. The students are offered with an average salary package of 5-6 LPA. A few of them were also placed with a whopping salary package of 15-16 LPA. Th...

The placements are good, but labs need to be improved.

Placements: Placements in the college are good when compared to other colleges of UPTU. Since it's located in sector 62 and also known as the corporate hub of Delhi, you can get pretty good placement opportunities. Some phenomenal companies like Kronos visit our campus, and they offer a salary package of 14 LPA. Last year, we saw both Samsung and Adobe visiting the campus for placements for the first time. Even Paytm was a recruiter last year. If you are from CS, IT, or EC, then you are going to get placed.

Satisfied to a great extent as we got to learn. Placements for ECE students were average in 2017.

Placements: Placements are good, but you end up getting placed in IT companies, irrespective of the branch you have studied. Most of the students who get placed are from CS and IT departments, and a few students from ECE and EEE departments get placed. The lowest salary package offered was 3.2 LPA, and the highest was 12 LPA. Only 2-3 companies which work on fibre optics and which are completely from the communication field visit the campus for placements. They offer you less package, but you will get pract...

The college is average, but it is not good for placements.

Placements: Not many placements are offered to the mechanical students, only a few students might got placed from our college. The same was the case with my senior batch. CS and IT branches have good placements. The package offered was not good, it was approximately Rs. 20,000-25,000 per month. This college is more like a school. The only way for the students to get placed is to clear GATE exam by attending coaching classes outside.

The college is not great, but is good.

Placements: The salary package offered ranged from 3 LPA to 4 LPA. A good number of companies visit the college and recruit students in both final placements and internships. Around more than 80% of the students got placed successfully in good roles, in their respective branches.

This college is only because of the good quality of students who are there. They build themselves.

Placements: Placements were good in mass recruiter companies but not for other companies. There were good number of students placed from Computer Science branch but not good for other branches as there were no or minimal campus recruitments from core companies. The roles were mainly for software engineers. There were 2-3 recruitments for the internships. The highest salary was not much high. The salaries were quite average or sometimes below average for a beech student.

The college is average in all aspects.

Placements: The placements were good for the students of CS, IT and EC departments. But the placements are not good for the rest of the branches. More than 60% of the students were placed in both the on-campus and off-campus drives. Overall, the placements were average.

The college is decent and the infrastructure is great. Placements are good for IT students.

Placements: Placements in the IT sector were decent. Students were placed in Adobe and Ericsson with CTC close to 9 LPA to 10 LPA. Mass recruiters were Deloitte, Infosys and Tech Mahindra. Average package offered was around 4 LPA. Non-IT field students were placed eventually according to their domain, but the average CTC offered for them was around 3 LPA.

Review of JSS Academy of Technical Education, JSS Mahavidyapeetha, Noida.

Placements: The placement scenario in our college is not much good but better than other UPTU colleges. The mass recruiters hire a maximum number of students. A better percentage of students got placed from our batch than our seniors for sure as many mass recruiters visite our college for our batch. Hardly 2-3 reputed visit for placements, but it depends on students only to get dream salary packages. The placement cell is not caring for students, so students are trying to get placed on themselves. There are...

College is good in terms of academics but fall equally in terms of Co curricular activities.

Placements: For Civil Branch the placement was quite low about 5 to 10 percent. But the performance of students in Examinations like PSU, GATE were extraordinary. One of student of 2016 batch secured 2nd AlR rank in GATE. The highest package was last to last year of 8 lac per annum with an average of 4 lacs. Yes there is a placement cell.

Good to be in this college and there is a lot of competition.

Placements: The placements were good. The average package offered was around 4 LPA, and the highest package offered was around 12.5 LPA. TCS, Wipro, and Tech Mahindra recruit many students from the college and offers a package of around 3.33 LPA. Many companies like Wipro, TCS, NDA, Kronos, 1mg, etc., visit the college to conduct placements.

Placements: Placements are just okay only. Average package is around 4-5 Lacs. Some companies offer 7-8 Lacs also but count of students placed in those companies is very low otherwise most of the students placed in MNC's which offers package around 3.5lakhs. Placements: The placements for computer science students are good, but they are not good for other branches. If you are from CS and IT, then you are lucky. The chances of getting a placement are good if you belong to CS or IT. Our senior batch had good placements. Basically, you cannot expect much from this college.

Placements: Placements for civil engineers is generally low for almost every college as in Civil field one must have atleast 5-6 years experience. In J. S. S, this year placements were quite impressive. Companies like IBM visited our campus and the highest salary offered in civil batch was 6 Lacs per annum.

The best college! Worth of money and education. Highly dedicated to studies.

Placements: The placements of our college are as high as 100% and in CSE and IT, they are the best. The placement cell is very active for every opportunity for each student. The placement not only depends on the college but also on the students' capability. So the students and the faculty members here work hard for the future.

Location wise, a better college than any other college of AKTU.

Placements: There are no placements for civil and mechanical branch students. Unless you are in computer science or IT or EC branch student, you will not get any placement. On-campus placement is very low. The companies like TCS, Kronos, Tech Mahindra come to this college and offer a decent package to the students who score more than 80% in all the four years separately.
