I am satisfied with the college as it has quite decent placements. Campus is lush green.

Placements: Around 60%-70% of students in our college are placed. Talking about off-campus placements, it is quite high. Campus placements are decent, with a maximum salary package of 15 LPA - 20 LPA and the lowest being mass recruiters whose salary package is 3 LPA-4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, TCS, Infosys, and Wipro. Most of the interested students get internship opportunities if they perform well in projects and academics.

Placements: In my batch, there are 120 students. The highest salary package in our course is 38.66 LPA. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, and Cognizant. After graduation, you can work in a variety of fields, including software engineer, game developer, data analyst, and data scientist.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of the poor management of AKGEC.

Placements: This year, the placements are really bad, especially because of the recession period. The placements themselves are usually not that nice, but due to the recession in the IT sector this year, it is way worse. Other branches apart from all the computer-related branches are being placed in large amounts. ME, ECE, EN, CIVIL—these branches have better placements than CSE branches this year.

Really good infrastructure and faculty members.

Placements: Placements are average; approximately 90% of students are placed. The lowest package is 4 lakhs, and the highest is 22 lakhs. Companies such as Amazon, Flipkart, Google, TCS, and Aditya Birla recruit here. The college has no role in providing internships; you have to find them yourself.

Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College has good academics but lacks cultural development.

Placements: I am pursuing B. Tech in electronics and communication engineering. I have chosen this branch because it is accredited by the NBA, and companies prefer branches during recruitment. The highest package from our college was 1.17 crore, and the average package for all the engineering branches lies somewhere between 6-7 LPA.

College infrastructure is good but not good for placement.

Placements: 60 percent of students enrolled in the MCA course with the assistance of some teachers are provided with notes. The highest package offered is 7 lpa, while the average package is 3 lpa in the MCA course. Many students from this year’s batch are being recruited by new companies. Notably, none of the students from the course college secured internships, and it is the students’ responsibility to obtain internships.

Placements: My college has a good placement scenario. The highest package is 33 lacs. The average package is 4.5 lacs. Also, college provides mentorship sessions before the company placement for clearing aptitude sessions and group discussion rounds. The college provides mock interviews.
