JSSATE - OK placements, good infrastructure and a moderate place to be.

Placements: The core placements are very poor as hardly one or two companies came with poor packages. However, good IT companies provide placements in which even mechanical engineering people are recruited. The average package is 2-3 LPA and companies like Capgemini and Cognizant are major recruiters.

An honest review of the JSS Academy Of Technical Education, Bangalore

Placements: Most of the recruiters are from the software industry and recruit students to fill up positions such in the maintenance and testing departments. Package caps usually range from 2.7 lakhs p.a. to 3.5 lakhs p.a. but in rare cases may touch the 8 lakhs p.a. mark. Companies specialising in the fields such as mechanical engineering and electrical engineering are seldom sighted on the recruiters list. The average placement ratio is around 70%.

Well I am here again; I am 2015 pass out Mechanical Engineer. The infrastructure of the college is quite well but the teaching faculty is not so appropriate. Talking about the most important thing the placement is not good. For a college having mechanical department they should arrange for at least two or three companies but none came. I will not recommend this college for Mechanical Engineers.

Multitalented lecturers, same specialist lecturer for many subjects. But good lab facilities and few lecturers are really good. Good hostel. But placement unit needs to be improved. Very good in cultural activities, JSS verve is one of the famous college in Bangalore.

Teachers are not friendly. They always want to punish us and bring us down. Not always, but most of the time this is the case. People really have to struggle just to get 60% marks. They don't talk about new things. Placements are very poor. 60-70% candidates go out unemployed from this college. Only 5-6 traditional companies visit for Placements. They need to improve their placements. Fees for students are much higher. Approximately 2 lakh per year. Whereas the local students are charged only 30...

Situated in outskirts of Bangalore, have good view. Infrastructure is improving with each passing year. ROI is not that much good for the COMEDK students. Placements was good in the year 2012 have not kept track after that. Over all you con got for this college.

At par with the current educational system of the country, good to hold a degree from. Library along with other inbuilt amenities like Bio fuel plant and Water purifier (rain water harvesting) gives boost to the infrastructure .The crowd holds an ethnic variety and a sagar series sort of canteen makes it more visible. Cultural fests with the likes of Niraj sridhar's and many more. Punctual enough to call in the city's recruiters and get you hired as a complimentary gift at the last part of yo...

Just average placements for CSE/ISE also average faculty.

Placements: Most of students got placed from CSE & ISE nearly 80 percentage. ECE students also got placed in IT industry. Mass recruiter companies came like Accenture & Cognizant. Avg salary 3.5 LPA, the highest was 12 LPA but only 2-3 students got placed and 2 LPA was the lowest. Accenture & Cognizant was top recruiting companies for us. Software Associate Role was given by only top recruiting companies while rest of companies did not give good role. Rest branches nearly to 0 placements, It made me very sa...

I am satisfied as it is a good college because of the faculty and placements.

Placements: Companies like Accenture, Cognizant are mass recruiters in JSSATE, Bangalore. The highest package offered is 21 LPA by Adobe and the lowest package offered is 3 LPA. Around 75% of students have done an internship in different companies. There is placement cell in JSSATE, Bangalore, which helped students a lot during placements.

It is the worst college ever in India.

Placements: Placements are very bad at this college, and I suggest that don't join this college. The college claims that it will provide 100% placements, but it is not true. You will never get placed if your average GPA is less than 50%. Though the college collects a lot of money, placements are not provided. It is a sham college, so don't ever join here.

Review about JSS Academy of Technical Education.

Placements: There are average placements in the college. The placements are not up to mark in the mechanical department. The records of placements in the mechanical department are continuously decreasing. The average salary package offered is also very less. I don't know much about it because I haven't experienced much of it. As we all know today in India, the condition of engineering placements. If you are from core branches, forget about good placements.

Good placements in 2016 .

Placements: Our college provides decent placements. Almost every student of IT and CS branches get placed in different companies. Some students get an offer letter from PSUs. In the last year, the placement season was good, but not the best as in 2016. The highest salary package offered in the last year was 14 LPA.
