College life at Somaiya University.

Faculty: The teaching experience of the professors was very good; they were fully knowledgeable about everything. They also used technology to teach students. Semester exams were a bit difficult for students, with a passing percentage of 35%. In exams, you had to score more than the passing marks, and the total of internals and externals should be 30 to pass.

Huge campus, good infrastructure, sports facilities, nice faculty and improvised teaching methods.

Faculty: Teaching quality is top-notch, and every teacher is NET- or SET-qualified. The course curriculum is relevant to the current job market. Semester exams are quite challenging and up-to-date. The passing percentage is up to 70%. Semester exams can be cracked if you are regular for lectures.

All about Somaiya Micro Depth.

Faculty: The teachers are not that experienced, and the syllabus is not so well structured according to the recent trends and development in technology and industrial field. The semester exam are moderate but it might be difficult due to vast portion. Subject is including old techniques which are not even used today.

Very good teaching faculty in 2023.

Faculty: The teaching faculty is one of the biggest positives of the college; the teachers are always supportive, and almost all of them have a Masters degree in their respective fields. Even though the staff is great, the curriculum feels a bit outdated and can be improved. Semester exams are tough, with 40% required to pass.

Faculty: These college teachers are helpful, and also they talk about plans and work affairs knowledge. This college curriculum activities are suitable. These college exams are the basis of their subject, but college teachers teach well. This college teacher is good.

Campus is great. Faculty is rude but qualified and knowledgeable. Placements are fine .

Faculty: The teaching quality is good and the teachers are qualified and knowledgeable but rude sometimes. The curriculum is relevant and it does make students industry-ready. 60% is the pass percentage and the difficulty level is moderate and also not so stressful .

Good facilities, teaching staff, and campus.

Faculty: The teaching and non teaching staff is quite good and friendly. They give us reference books to study for exams, the paper pattern and exam paper is very easy and the correction is also slight lenient. The teachers will help you out to resolve all your problems.

I am satisfied with our college and the placement cell.

Faculty: Our faculty is so caring and knowledgeable. They always try to provide the best knowledge to us. They are supportive and the teaching quality is also good. Our curriculum is quite better because we have the basic knowledge of industries which is covered in our curriculum. The semester exams are also good and our passing percentage is 70-80%.

It has a good campus. Great programs are held twice a year.

Faculty: Teachers use the traditional method of teaching with a board and chalk. There is plenty of time to study before the exam. Notes are updated timely. Most of the faculty hold Ph.D. degrees. They give assignments twice a month. The syllabus is informative. There are two semesters a year. There are two mid-semester exams a year.

Review of K J Somaiya College of Science and Commerce.

Faculty: Teachers were knowledgeable, and most of them were always glad on helping. There were one or two teachers everywhere who do not want to bother and keep burdening students unreasonably without actually educating relevantly, but overall the teachers were helpful and all of them were qualified. The course curriculum was relevant, it helps in the industry to an extent. Semester exams were challenging but not unreasonable. The passing percentage for most courses in M.Sc. was around 40%.

Totally satisfied with the college.

Faculty: The faculty members are highly qualified and very good. They teach so well that we can remember it easily. The exams are a bit difficult. The passing percentage is above 90%. The library has free Wi-Fi for all students, which is very helpful.

It provides bad placement and the worst teachers.

Faculty: Courses are good, but teachers do not teach well. They do not put effort. Most of them are on leave, and they only visit on weekdays for 2 or 3 days. Exams are taken in a good environment, and they are of a quite medium level. Courses are repeated every semester, so it is not worth it. They did not plan well for this.

The college is the best, and I recommend it.

Faculty: The faculty members are like a family to us. They help us a lot. They give us PPTs and notes, so no there is no difficulty. We have to attend 75% of the lectures. The passing percentage is 50%. The teachers are well qualified and also helpful.
