College is good for students who want to pursue higher studies, but not for placements.

Placements: The top roles offered are software developer, frontend developer, backend developer, system engineer, and coder. Many companies visit the college to recruit students, but the CTC of the companies offering to students is low as compared to the college status and students knowledge.

This is a good college for students who want to pursue higher education.

Placements: Placements are below average according to the talents of students. The average salary package is 5 LPA, the highest is 13 LPA, and the lowest is almost 3 LPA. Recruiters include Reliance Jio, Accenture, MS, Deloitte, etc.

I am not satisfied because of its faculty members.

Placements: Placements are average in this college. The average salary package offered is 10 LPA. The minimum salary package offered is 4 LPA. Mass recruiters like TCS come here and give an average package. Off-campus placements are good. If students want a good package, then they have to work hard and crack off-campus placements.

Overall, it is a good college.

Placements: TPO is good and tries to bring good companies to the college. Students are encouraged by it and give their best to get into those companies. The competition is a bit high, but IT department students manage to get an average salary package of at least 4-5 LPA. It also sends links for many off-campus competitions.

I don't really like the college much. However, it is not bad as it was initially.

Placements: There are average placements in our college. Mainly most of the students who get placed from Somaiya are through campus placements only. I am still in the third year, so I don't have much idea about placements. The average salary package offered here is about 3 LPA-4 LPA, but you may even get 7 LPA-12 LPA if you are skilled enough. So, basically, it depends on students' own efforts.

Dissatisfied with the faculty and placements.

Placements: I am currently in 3rd year, so my batch is not placed yet. The placements for the final-year students of my branch are not that good this year. The placements are very less compared to the previous year. The highest package offered is 7 LPA, the average package is 5 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.5 LPA. TCS is the top recruiting company for our course. No student got an internship from my course. We gained good experience and knowledge from college as they offered very small internships, like ...

Overall, it is a good college.

Placements: There are 100% placements in our college. The average package offered is 7-8 LPA. Companies like Infosys, Capgemini, Amazon, banks, etc., come here. In-house internships are offered to all deserving students. Software developer, data analyst, web developer, etc., are the roles offered.

The experience with this college was satisfactory.

Placements: The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA by BNP, and the lowest salary package offered was of 1.5 LPA. Many good companies also visited for placements, but the offers were very limited and sometimes none. There was a very limited scope of getting internships from campus, so that's something you will have to work upon.

The college provided good placements in the year 2019.

Placements: Many IT companies visit our college for placements. Few core companies also visit the college for placements. Many IT department students get placed, but less number of EXTC students get placed. The college should invite more number of core companies for placements.

Teachers here are not active when it comes to submissions. The infrastructure is also not worth it.

Placements: Almost 20-30% of the students get placed every year from our branch. The average salary package offered is around 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are Accenture and Tata. Mostly, jobs offered here are software oriented. Almost every student gets an internship from our course.

A great college regarding academics. But overall, it is not up to the expectations.

Placements: Our seniors said that the placement offers offered by the visiting companies are not that good. Moreover, most of the companies that visit the campus are software companies, so there are only a few chances for EXTC or ETRX students to get placed. The average salary package offered is around 3 LPA. Companies like Infosys, TCS, etc., visit the college for placements. Around 35% of the students get placed every year from the entire college.

Placements: Around 77% of students got placement offers. Many are mass recruiters companies like TCS. The lowest and highest salary packages offered in 2021 were 3 LPA and 12 LPA. Our college provides paid and free internships. The quality of internships is not that good.
