    KIMS has set a benchmark!
Placements: College provides excellent opportunities for exposure, especially with practical experience, creating a safe atmosphere for budding doctors. The students are given the opportunity for internships under the best doctors and fraternity, along with valuable public dealing experiences.
Infrastructure: The college provides great amenities, from sports complexes to high-tech libraries. The college has a four-story library with computer labs and information resources. There are also sports complexes with training for all major sports and swimming pools with trained instructors.
Faculty: The faculty is generous and always ready to help. All the faculty members are highly qualified and deserving, yet still very rooted in the hardships of MBBS. They are always available for assistance, and students can ask their doubts via messages. Additionally, there is a mentor-mentee system in place.

The course is tough, as are the faculty, but the patient inflow and the devices are worth it.
Placements: About 250 students are present in my batch, and the admission depends on the rank secured in NEET UG and the cutoff of that year. Internship is compulsory in MBBS. KIMS comes under the top 30 medical colleges in India. Admission depends on the trend of cutoff every year.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good, and all the facilities, including free Wi-Fi, are present. The classroom or lecture hall is rather large and spacious to accommodate the 250 students. Medical students have their personal library, and one common library is also present.
Faculty: The teachers have done their MBBS and PG and are specialists in their field. Obviously there is always the need for doctors, so job security is there. The university exams are difficult, and the semester exams are more difficult. The practical knowledge is there, so yes, the students should get ready for becoming doctors.
Other: Being a doctor is itself a very good profession, and it is quite a ride in the process. We do have fest once a year, and so the extracurricular activity comes under that. And also, we have different seminars to back it off.

Good college life but not value for money.
Placements: There is an internal internship programme. There are 4.5 years of teaching and a 1.5-year internship. The payment for my senior batch was 35k per month, which keeps increasing per batch. Everyone gets the internship. After that, the students can look for jobs outside, opt for a juniorship in KIMS or prepare for a PG.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is pretty good and is improving day by day. The college has 24/7 library faculty. Good lecture theater. The hostels are pretty good too but not as great as it seems. The infrastructure currently is 2 or 3 out of 5. But with the renovations that are going on, it is surely gearing up.
Faculty: As in every college, some teachers are amazing, and some just do not put any effort into teaching. The teaching quality overall is a 3.5 out of 5. The curriculum is according to the NMC. There are 3 internals and a minimum of 75% attendance is required.
Other: KIMS is a part of the KIIT group of colleges. There are tons of activities and events going on throughout the year. In KIMs itself, there are many seminars and events going on throughout the year that will keep you entertained. The college life is amazing and you will surely have a lot of fun.

I am satisfied with everything that I got in this college and course.
Placements: In our college, MBBS degree provides almost 100% placements. KIMS, Bhubaneswar is famous for MBBS. All courses such as MBBS, BDS, MD, DM, M.Ch., etc., are available at our college. The stipend provided is Rs.25000 per month for an internship for MBBS students. Overall, it's a good place to take admission.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is excellent. There is nothing so compromising that has been done with infrastructure, facilities, etc. Every department in KIMS is well-equipped, well-stabilized, and fully air-conditioned. At our hospital known as PBMH, i.e., Pradyumna Bal Memorial Hospital, the quality of food is very good compared to any other college hostel. It is more suitable and adjustable for non-vegetarian food lovers. A canteen is available everywhere inside the campus with the name Foof Court-1,2,3,4,5,6, etc. The boys' hostel and the girls' hostel are well-maintained.
Faculty: Faculty members are very qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching perspective is also very good. MBBS course is very relevant. Once you do MBBS from here, it means you have survived. You will not be required to struggle for your survival which is the beauty of MBBS. Semester exams are nowadays much more fundamental-based so you will have to be very clear with your fundamentals. The pass percentage is very high. In the previous year, it was around 92%.
Other: I chose this course as MBBS is my dream. The best thing about this course is that the day you entered this course, you survived for your entire life. There is nothing that can be improved in MBBS because it is already at its peak. In the first year, a fresher's party is held. KIMS fest and one KIIT fest are required each year. They are enjoyable. Hostels are fully equipped with Wi-Fi.

    College with a fairy wings.
Placements: The placement of the college is good that is each and everyone graduating from the college gets a medical officer job in either a private or government setting. The average salary as a medical officer ranges from Rs 60000 to Rs 80000 per month depending on the state of joining. All students have to do a compulsory rotatory internship from the college itself or from any other medical college of their choice subject to their vacancy.
Infrastructure: The college campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled. Each department has its own labs where practical classes are being conducted. The classrooms are smart classes with well-equipped projectors and screens. The library is fully functional with all the main textbooks and reference books. It also contains the latest journals, articles and review books. The quality of food at the mess is just eatable. The campus has many canteens which offer good foods.
Faculty: The teachers are quite helpful and friendly. They have a decent clinical knowledge and skills. They conduct both theory as well as clinical classes for the students. The way of teaching of most of the teachers is by powerpoint presentations. Besides academics the faculty members also help the students in their personal problems. They also provide career and counselling to the students under mentor mentee programme.
Other: I chose the course because it was my dream to be a doctor as this profession fascinated me since my childhood. The best thing about being a medical student is that it gives you that level of mental satisfaction which no profession in this world will give you. The college conducts several fests and events in the campus including sports events also. One worth mentioning is chimera. The campus is about 10 km away from railway station and 12 kms from the airport. The college gives scholarship to the 3 best rankers of a batch.

Life of a medical student at KIMS.
Placements: There are almost 250 students in each class every year. After completion of your 4-year MBBS course, you will do an internship and can appear for PG exams. Package depends on your work experience. The more participants you interact with, the more your experience and learnings will be.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure and campus life are great here; free Wi-Fi is available throughout the college and hostel. Labs are available for all the subjects taught and lots of libraries, including a big central library, are available for students to study in. The quality of food available in the mess is decent enough. Gyms and food courts are available throughout the campus.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are qualified and teach well. Teaching is mainly done through PPTs and slides. Semester exams happen every 2-3 months and there is a final professional examination. There are a total of three semesters every year and semester examinations are difficult.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to become a doctor. And events of all types and different cultures keep happening every now and then. There are lots of big restaurants and all types of requirements are available very nearby .
