    * Active college authorities process and sanction scholarship applications efficiently.
    * Some faculty members are reportedly helpful and knowledgeable.
    * Collaborations with organizations like Rice University may lead to placements.
    * Almost 90% of students from the course get placed.

    Cons:
    * Faculty of Statistics is lacking, with only two professors and inadequate coverage of the syllabus.
    * Limited availability of resources, including Wi-Fi and hostel facilities.
    * Teacher politics and private tuitions can affect academic performance.

I am a 1st sem student and give an honest review for our college KMV.
Placements: Placement is average but gives many opportunities like excursions and also provides workshops. Also, our college gives opportunities to direct read in the University of Kalyani, where many companies come and give job offers. The top is to become a statistician.
Infrastructure: Yes, our college infrastructure is too much good. In our college, every department has their own labs. Classrooms are too clean. And our college has a gym, yoga room, playground, etc. Also, our college provides free Wi-Fi, and our college library is too good.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are so helpful and well-qualified. First of all, I am a 1st sem student, and I cannot know how difficult our sem exam is, but our seniors say it's too hard. So I cannot provide any exam-related queries. I only say it's a value-added course. It's demandable.
Other: I like this course. It's too much better than any other course. Also, it's a demandable course. So must admit it. Thank you, I share an honest review.

    Well organised and knowledgeable environment.
Placements: No placement available. So no companies were come in the college. But we students can apply for internship in various sectors. 4% of us got internship opportunities. After completing graduation, we need to go for post graduation. After that, we can apply for various types of job roles in various sectors like industry, health, pharma, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is well organised as per the course requirements. There is a B.Sc. Type 1 with other notable lab equipments. There is a central library and also Wi-Fi connection is there. No hostel facility is available. We need to organise PG on our own and it is available nearby in walking distance.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and teaching quality is very good. They are always welcoming and satisfactory to talk with them. They always guide for our betterment. This course is very relevant for industrial opportunities. Semester exams are moderate difficult and 99.8% is pass percentage.
Other: I love microorganisms and there livelihood. That is the reason to choose microbiology. But I wish to know more about viruses which is not too much in graduation level. Events and fests are organised on the scheduled time line. Campus is not too much crowded. Railway station and bus stop are nearby. Surrounded with greenery. Scholarship opportunities are there. Intra and inter departmental competitions are also organised.

Kalyani Mahavidyalaya, a college that everyone should notice.
Placements: There is no campus placement, and that's quite obvious. It is not a college for professional studies; most students pursue higher studies (M.Sc., MCA, MBA, PG Diploma, etc.) or prepare for competitive exams such as UPSC, CGL, Defence, Banking, etc., after their graduation. After my graduation, I pursued my masters, and then I started working as a Data Scientist in the corporate sector.
Infrastructure: The campus life is pretty good. There are two grounds inside the college campus where students engage in different activities and have good times with their classmates. There's a canteen that maintains proper cleaning and hygiene. The college also has NCC camps and a debating society. There is a central library that allows students to access any books, magazines, or journals and computers for educational purposes. Unfortunately, the college doesn't have any accommodation facilities.
Faculty: The faculty of Statistics is really poor. The college should take action to fill out the vacancies and train them with proper skills. There are only two professors in the department. The faculty isn't capable of covering the entire syllabus. Due to the lack of professors, students often feel pressure to complete the curriculum by themselves. The academics are not up to the mark; it almost feels like a secondary class. However, the internal exams and semester exams follow the exact schedule.
Other: I had no other options left to secure my admission in Statistics, so I chose to pursue my Bachelors from this college. There are no written tests, interviews, or group discussions required to get admission there; just submit an online application with all the details and mandatory documents, and they'll invite you for an open counseling based on the marks in 12th. Students are eligible to avail of all the state and national scholarships. The college authority is very active in processing and sanctioning the application without any negligence.

Good infrastructure and satisfied with my course.
Placements: There are internship opportunities available after second year. Many students from this college have secured places in institutes like IISC Bangalore, IITs, etc. for higher studies. Most students prefer to pursue higher studies like M.Sc., MCA, MBA, Ph.D. etc. Many of them prepare for competitive exams like JAM, GATE, UPSC, etc. Our college has collaboration with Price Trade.
Infrastructure: There are many labs available. The classrooms are well maintained and there are projectors available for teaching. There is a central library that allows students to access books, magazines, or journals and computers for educational purpose. The food in the canteen is not up to the mark.
Faculty: The teaching quality is quite good. The professors are really helpful, qualified and knowledgeable in our course. The course is rather tough but a good one. Proper guidance is provided for future planning including higher studies, better job opportunities, etc. No hostel facilities are available.
Other: The campus surroundings are quite good. Seminars are conducted at times. There are no lab assistants in our course which is a bit problematic.

    Teaching quality is too low.
Placements: There is no placement facility provided by the college. Teachers do not encourage us for placement for any course they interested in their politics and private tuition. I am just stunned at the time of verification time department teachers are asking me for taking admission into their private tuition.
Infrastructure: No hostel facility available in the college but you can rent a mess nearby college like ITI more a lot of mess available their. No free Wi-Fi in college campus their, few are available on department basia either they do not work or teachers do not share password Library facility available only during college hours.
Faculty: The worst faculty, teacher politics they do not even talk to each other, no such operation with student rather they just blame student, they do not teach in class There is no campus life at all no fest no programs, no clubs I lost my life after taking admission, the worst decision of my life.

First-semester student in this college. I share an honest review of my college.
Placements: A maximum of 10% of students get placement here. There is no fixed salary package offered to students. Only 20% of students got a chance to in force work. An internship is not provided at this college. A large number of students get admission to our college every year.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, and library are the greatest part of our college. Classrooms are average. A lift is available in our college. The seminar hall is very big for function. Our college has a museum. Our library is very big. The department is very good.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are helpful. They are well-educated, and they have a lot of knowledge. Semester exams are not very tough. There are 6 to 10 faculty members in every department. Some of them passed from the Indian Institute of Technology. They are friendly.
Other: I have chosen this course because I love this subject.
