Kamla Nehru College For Women, Phagwara Scholarships and Funding
Students of the College can apply for following Government Scholarships-
1. Post Matric Scholarship is available to Scheduled Caste Students whose parents / Guardians’ Income from all sources does not exceed Rs.2.5 Lacs and does not exceed Rs.1 Lac Per Annum for B.C.
2. Merit & National Scholarships for brilliant students under Central & State Govt.
3. University Merit Scholarships.
4. Scholarships for Hindu students of Non-Hindi speaking areas.
5. Scholarships for the wards of Ex-servicemen.
6. Scholarships for the wards of Riot Affected.

Placements: There were no proper placements offered to students. Some companies visited the campus for recruitment. But there were no placements offered. But the curriculum offered in the college provided proper knowledge so that the students can get a job on their own after they completed their degree.
Placements: I don't think a single student got a job. Neither did I listen to the company's name on the campus. No seminars are conducted regarding the changes in technology, reforms in government policies, GST, Tally and other software used in the fields of taxation, banking and industry.
Placements: Although I have not been placed anywhere yet, other girls from college have had good placements at good companies. The maximum was 12 lacs per year for one of my seniors. Since the start of my college, placements were not there, but with time, this option came, and the college advanced in recruiting girls for different companies like Wipro, Samsung, Apple, etc.
