The college is good. The facility of internet and water is quite good.

Placements: Almost 15% of the students got placed in our course in software companies. None of the core companies visited our campus for placements during my tenure. The salary package offered ranges between 3.4-4.5 LPA. Mostly students got internships in core companies like NTPC, BHEL, UPPCL, etc. Placements in all core branches are bad. However, placements in CSE and IT department are good.

Good reputation, Bad geography.

Placements: Placements were decent, about 50 to 60 percent of the student got placed which can be considered as good given the geography of the institute. Most of the students got placed in IT companies which offered a package of about 3.2 Lacs. The highest package offered was 8 Lacs by Sanpdeal. Since the college is situated in a small town of Uttar Pradesh, a lot of companies don't visit the college and hence most of the students have only one offer in hand which is generally from an IT company and hence ...

This is a government college. Placements and college environment are good.

KNIT is a good college for engineering course.

Placements: Placements in the college are good. Companies like TCS, Adani Electrical, and many IT companies visit the campus for placements. The placement committee helps students to be industry ready and ready for placement drives. Salary packages offered by the companies are decent. The best thing is the ROI.

KNIT a decent place to learn.

Placements: The placements in Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology are not good as it is famous for. Overall, the placement percentage is nearly 40%. Software companies like TCS and Wipro visit the campus. Students of all the branches are allowed to apply for placements, but the companies only hire the students of the CS and IT branches. Other students either prepare for government jobs or exams like GATE and CAT etc.

KNIT, Sultanpur is the second-ranked college under AKTU, Lucknow.

Placements: There are placements in our college for students. A limited number of companies visit our college with TCS being the major recruiting company offering an average package of 3.3 LPA. Other companies like MediaTek, Global Logic, Amazon, etc., visit our college to hire students. Training and placement office invites other companies to give training for the students, and TPO also gives us off-campus offers by the test-taking procedure.

The college has well-educated teachers, average infrastructure and placements record.

Placements: Placements in our college are average. One among every four students got placed through college placements. The minimum salary package offered was 4 lacs per annum. Only two to three companies visit our college to offer placements. Around 20% of the students got the internship from other companies, and it is very helpful for getting the placement.

You get everything in four years of your course that can make your life complete.

Placements: The placements in the college are average. The average salary package offered was 3.2 to 4.7 LPA, and the package may go up to 12 LPA. Those packages are offered by an IT company. Students of the core branches also get placed, but they do not get placed in their core companies. Students who want to get placed in the core companies should have good knowledge of coding. Off-campus placement records and positions of alumni are good.

KNIT is running mainly because of it's students.

Placements: This academic year the placement was good. Companies like Airtel, Globalogic, TCS, Adobe and some others visited the college. These companies recruited through on-campus. Some students recruited through codevita and are given good package by TCS. Airtel recently visited the college and selected 4 students of CS IT at a package of nearly 7.5 LPA. The placement graph was somewhat not better than last year as companies like Mediatek didn't showed interest but new companies like Airtel came.

Overall I am satisfied with my college.

Placements: The placements of the college are good. As we know it is a government college, many companies come here to provide placements. Recently ten to twelve students of CSE and IT were placed in a company named Global Logic giving a package of about 5 Lacs per annum. Some of the students were placed in TCS too. Overall the college gives good placement.

Students are really good and supportive over here as we don't have much life outside campus.

Placements: Placement and students are good over here. Mass recruiter is TCS over here and because strength of students is very few so everybody gets a placement. Through out the year we have placement drive and students prepare for themselves on their own and get selected.

The behaviour of the students in the college is good.

Placements: The placement is good. Many companies came here for placements. They took over 30 out of 70 students. The average pay scale was about 2 LPA to 3 lakhs per annum. Only one thing is that you have to get aggregate of 60 above in 10th, 12th and graduation to compete for job selection over campus placements or pool campus. Pool campus is also organised here for the placements. Some students were also selected in pool campus.
