Good college in a natural place, and the infrastructure is well maintained.

Placements: Mostly top branches like Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, and Electronics have students getting placed. The average package is 5.24 lakh per annum according to the latest college details, with 25 percent of students receiving offers from companies. It's essential to learn skills and gain knowledge.

College review of Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology .

Placements: Overall, placement of this college is average as companies like TCS and TATA COMMUNICATION came for the drive and students got selected with different ranges of salary. Also, a few of the students got selected in Flipkart through off-campus drives. The highest package was around 36 LPA.

Basic average amenities available

Placements: For our department, the placements are below average, ranging between 40 and 50 percent. Few companies are generally part of the recruitment process, such as TCS and Infosys, but they generally prefer CS students. On average, the salary offered is around 3 Lacs per annum.

Overall an average college with an average college life, nothing extraordinary, a decent choice.

Placements: In my CSE department, the on-campus placements were good pre-covid. Almost everyone got placed except those who went for higher studies, but the post-covid recession has hampered the placements, with approximately only 85% of students getting placed. Within my knowledge, the highest package that was bagged off-campus by our senior from the 2024 batch was 32 LPA. The average on-campus placement is 7-8 LPA, as far as I know.

The KNIT diaries of young minds.

Placements: The previous-year batch of computer science and information technology got almost fully placed. But the placement now is very bleak for the coming years and the present year. The branches have a very poor placement record. This year, it went lower.

Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology review.

Placements: No placement for mechanical engineers, only few get placed that also in tech field if they had done exceptional coding or cracked GATE exam (generally each year you will some top rankers from our college like under 200) so academic wise its good, you will get some good professors. Most placements are from CS and IT and few from ECE. This year the highest package is around 16 LPA that also secured by CS students.

Our college is good for CSE or IT branches.

Placements: Placements were average. Salary ranging from 3.5 to 10 LPA. Many students cracked off-campus placements with a very good salary package. Placements are good only for CSE or IT and somewhat for electronics. But for civil, mechanical, and electrical placements are very limited and sometimes not available.

Campus placements are average as compared to the legacy and alumni network of the college.

Placements: Placements are only in the non-core branches. Core placements are available only in civil engineering. The remaining placements are in the IT sector. Most of the students opt for off-campus placements with good salary packages in hand.

We have Literary Council, PFAC, Cultural department etc.

Placements: Although our college does not permit officially declaring the placement scenes still I will provide you with the current scenario. The mass recruiter at our college is TCS offering something 3.6 LPA (CTC). Almost 30 % of the KNITIANS get placed here. But then you will find that the no. Of students placed from CS and IT is quite high. Talking about core companies we have ANSAL (3 LPA) for civil and MediaTek for electronics (6 LPA approximately). Besides this, you have an opportunity to sit for po...

Dissatisfied with the infrastructure of campus and hostel, average placements and bad location.

Placements: 70% of students were placed from IT and CS branches. Not many placements are offered in core branches. The highest on-campus package was 10 LPA. The top companies were Interra Systems, India Mart, Optum etc. Not many placements are offered in core branches like mechanical, electrical etc. Many students get off-campus placements. Big companies don't hire many students, especially because it is located in a rural area.

If students want to enjoy their college life, then do not take admission in this college.

Placements: It does not provide on-campus placements for core branches i.e mechanical engineering, civil engineering, and electrical engineering. But for non-core branches i.e IT, CSE, ECE there is almost everyone gets placed. The average salary package offered ranges from 3 LPA - 4 LPA. But students can get a higher package off-campus.

It is a good college if you can adjust. Except for hostels, everything is average.

Placements: There are no placements for core branches. CSE and IT students can get a maximum salary package of 3 LPA. I suggest opting for off-campus placements. You can learn coding so that you can sit in placements and interviews. Mostly, students go for PG.

The highest salary package offered is 9 LPA, and the minimum salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. The average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. The major recruiting companies are TCS, HCL, and Syska. It is an average college.

Placements: The average salary package offered is 5 LPA. Major recruiting companies like TCS, etc., visit our college to hire students. Some good companies like Optum also visited our campus once in a while. Roles like SDE, SRE and test engineer are offered to the students. There is no on-campus scope for a data science job.

A poor college that is being sustained by its students and student bodies.

Placements: Placements in our college are poor. Mediocre companies with below average packages come to the college and pick a handful of students from CS/IT branch for their limited requirements. There's almost no scope for other branches' students. Don't join this college looking for a high package and a job. All you get is a degree.
