I would rate the college with 3 out of 10.
Placements: College offers general courses. Since it is not a private college, internships or placements may not happen. At this moment, principal and other faculty members should discuss and organises a meeting about campus opportunities and internships.
Infrastructure: Hostel is in very poor condition and needs remodeling, so students can live together securely and properly. Infrastructure is in poor condition. Lab is also in very poor condition, and in this era of technology, Wi-Fi and online classes are needed. Library must include additional books, including competitive books.
Faculty: About 50% of the courses are not industry-related. It is a government-undertaking college. Professors teach their subjects as usual, with no creative activities taking place. College does not offer any industry-related courses that would be helpful for graduating students.

    Our college is very good.
Placements: Katwa College is a reputable institution with a strong academic status. The placement record is average. About 50% of students got placed in local government bodies, schools, and private offices. The college does not have a placement cell for campus recruitment. They provide local references for job opportunities.
Infrastructure: The campus is well-equipped with modern classrooms, laboratories, and libraries. Our campus has been improved. Many students are hardworking. The hostel facilities are good. All the students are good and helpful.
Faculty: Our teachers are highly educated and experienced. They are always to help students. Our teachers, including the head of the department, are incredibly supportive and motivating. They encouraged me to overcome any negativity and strive for success. The college didn't offer many extra-curricular activities. They did occasionally publish a magazine and offered rewards for competitions. Around 60% of students passed the exams.
Other: Our college has a good infrastructure, experienced faculty members, a library, laboratory, accommodation, eco-friendly environment, and good hostel partners. Our college does not provide any extracurricular activities. They don't provide placements. They provide local referencing. I opted for this course because of my interest in it, and I want to build my career with language studies like linguistics or academic writing professions. This course has taught new words, phrases, and terms known to other cultures and activities. More interactive content can be improved, such as quizzes, simulations, etc. They should conduct challenging tasks. They should give assignments. They don't conduct extracurricular activities. Events and fests are not held in our college. They publish their magazines where students can write and share their thoughts. Our college is affiliated with Burdwan University. Our college is accredited with B grade.
