Highly dissatisfied with the office staff who are rude, procrastinated with last minute information.

Placements: There are average salary packages and good enough companies. This is overheard from the seniors of the college. Compared to other colleges nearby, the placements offered by Kelkar are really better and good for the students as it gives them an opportunity to place themselves and also in mass recruitments.

A brilliant college for learning, but not for the jobs.

Placements: There was no on-campus placement. For our previous batch, it was the same case. Zero percent students were placed. There is no higher or lower level of the offered salaries. The students look for the off-campus placement. They also went with doing the masters. No internship was offered. As such, no stipend was provided.

Satisfied with the course but dissatisfied with some facilities.

Placements: The placements offered were not that great. 2 reputed firms and 3-4 startups and some vacant bank opportunities were offered. The basic average salary was around 13000. Companies such as JP Morgan and TCS had visited. Banks like TJSB and SBI were there. Internship opportunities were not offered; one had to find it by himself.

Nice college, decent faculty. Placement could have been better.

Placements: The placements are not good, considering the name of the college. Companies that come are not profile based. People of almost all the streams can sit for the companies that visit. Most of the students opt to take placements from outside. Needless to say, the package is also not good enough.

A good college but can be better.

Placements: Students were given various job opportunities and an insight into the job sector of each specialised segment. The highest salary after completing the 3 year course for a bachelor degree is Rs. 21000 and can be increased if you do post graduation course.

BSc IT in Kelkar College, Mulund.

Placements: Very few placement opportunities from the college. Only 3-4 students got placed and only 30% students got a chance to face interviews. That also in other colleges. It can be improved so much. Don't just depend on your institute, keep searching for a job once you finish your last semester. The college has a good brand in public, so you can easily find a good job if your score and performance is good enough.

Satisfied with the institution, faculty and facilities etc.

Placements: I never went for placement interviews but my colleagues went for it. There were good companies such as TCS, HDFC, MakemyTrip, etc. The stipend ranged from Rs.5000 to Rs.15000 which included first 6 months training. They offered jobs such as back-office work, banking or customer care services. Around 30% to 40% students got an internship through the college.

A very good college for B.Com with appropriate facilities & good faculty.

Placements: Though I did not opt for placements, I heard about it from friends, and they were quite satisfied by the companies which visited the campus. The placement procedure was up to date, though everyone didn't get placed, those who were selected were satisfied and happy. Also, the stipends offered were ranging from Rs. 15,000-40,000.

Great infrastructure, good for science stream because of the best faculty. Average for commerce.

Placements: Basic placements for an average salary (15-20,000) per month for only BCom graduates was offered. I do not know about it much as I did not enroll myself for the placements. A few of my friends did go for the interviews and mostly, the companies were looking for accounting job profile.

Amazing experience in the college. The faculty is great. Also the campus is big and awesome. Many activities are conducted in the fest and gym. Encourages students to go ahead in cultural activities. Overall an amazing experience. The college fees is reasonable and is worth the benefits you get. The placements are also in good companies and the arrangements are fine too.

Kelkar is the best college and I have been dreaming about Kelkar since school. It has a huge campus and canteen is the best part of it. The staff of Kelkar is bit rude and don't help students with their problem. I didn't like the convocation ceremony which took place recently in college. Kelkar didn't give robes and caps which every student deserve. It need to improve on this. Other than this it is good.

Very nice faculty and quality of education, could do better with the placement opportunities.

Placements: All other courses have placements from the college but BAMMC, specifically advertising major did not have any placement opportunities. We would have appreciated some placements for advertising, although students majoring in Journalism did have placement.

Placement is poor but the infrastructure and facilities are good.

Placements: Our college don't have placements for B.Sc. Biotech students. The placements were going to start after we pass out but we never know. There is a cell for mentoring about career guidance but no company will visit for placement. I will suggest to look for jobs and internship before completing final year.

Best college of Mumbai city.

Placements: There were decent placement facilities in kelkar college. I completed my B.Com in the year 2022, it was 3 year course started in 2019. The teachers who are there for teaching this course are very good and helpful. There is a library for students who want to study there. Students can rent book for notes from the library. Atleast close 10 percent of students got placed after the course was completed. The highest package offered by companies was 3.5 Lacs to 4 Lacs and average package was 2.5 Lacs. ...

I am absolutely satisfied with the college and it has the best faculty members.

Placements: Due to the lockdown, there were no placements, but the college is the top one for placements. 85% of students got placed. They allow us to do internships. They give a concession on tickets and travel from a long distance.

Kelkar college is my dream college.

Placements: Placements offered here are quite good. You can get the lowest salary package of 5 LPA to 10 LPA if you pursue B.Com because as I am pursuing B.Com. This college has a good environment for personality growth and development because all the extracurricular activities are conducted here.

College life is awesome here.

Placements: About 60% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered was 2.80 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 1.20 LPA. Top recruiting companies like IBM and Wipro visit our campus for placements. More than 45% of the students from our course got an internship in TCS. Roles like accountant and audit are offered to the students. It was an important phase of life, and we did hard work, so get paid off.
