Placements: I am actually in first year but about our senior students who has already passed out, some of them are currently learning more higher course like B.Tech. And some of them has got placements in branded construction company or project engineers. I wish to get more higher study after Diploma.

Placements: In 2018, the placements were not good enough as many good companies didn't visit here. The number of vacancies available was also low. However, our college arranges some off-campus placements in companies like L&T, etc. The maximum number of students got placed in Polybond company in Pune. The job fair organised is not useful. Most of the students got jobs as a technical trainee.

Placements: I passed out of our college in 2018. I got an 8.2 GPA. The packages offered are from 10,000 to 25,000 per month. Companies like L&T, JBM, Pollybond, Reshmi, etc., came and recruited qualified students. Every student can take part in the test of recruitment, and based on their merit, companies select them.

Placements: Now we are in the 3rd year of 5th semester. Many placements were conducted over the last few years. But this year, because of COVID-19 pandemic situation, only one placement was provided by a company named Hyundai. It offered a salary package of 2.5 LPA. Actually, around 50% to 60% of mechanical students got placements in the previous year in L&T, Mahindra, TCS and many other small companies. As it is a diploma college, the jobs are not very high level. However, we easily get jobs with a salary ...

Placements: Placement are not good. Only few got campus placement (like 20-25%). And the highest package is 3.5 CTC and the lowest package is 1.2 CTC, average package lies between the 1.5-1.8 CTC. Top company is L&T. Most of the student got internship in our time.

Placements: As we know it's a government undertaking engineering institute so they provide some placements after pass out all the exams. But the placements are very few in number. We don't get much chance to find a suitable job as we wanted. And the salary of that job is also very low and it's hard to survive in today's world. And one more thing, they provide placements very far from our residential address.

Placements: K. G Engineering Institute is one of the best college in West Bengal. It was established in 1972. At the institute about 65 parcent students are placed in the branch of CIVIL. It is connected many higher company like BIRLA, MAHINDRA, L&T, POLYMER and many other company over the INDIA. These companies are offered upto 12 LPA and some placement too. The average package 7 LPA while the lowest is given by the mass recrecruiters 2-4 LPA. Construction and Management based job offered mainly.
