Good college for Hindi and English journalism and geography studies.

Placements: Here, the study is average. And in our society, only graduation is not enough. You also need a master's to get a good job. Our college teachers are so good. And it's a government college, so any private sector company can't come and offer a job. It is your responsibility to find work. Overall, it is a fine college.

Dissatisfied by the infrastructure.

Placements: We got many placement opportunities in the 3rd year from companies like Sonata, Jewellery, and many other companies. They take interviews and recruit the students from our college. About 15 percent of students in our B.Com. My friends got recruited in a company.

Review of Khudiram Bose Central College.

Placements: If we score above 50% of marks in 12th class we are eligible for this course. Placements are average compared to other colleges. If we pass all semesters with a good percentage then we will get decent jobs in some company.

Khudiram Bose Central College (Earlier Central College) has completed 121 years of its existence.

Placements: The cell arranges campus interviews for the passed-out or part-III-appeared students of the college and helps students to search for a good job. This cell is working since 2008. Professor Arabinda Mridha and Prof. Arup Bhattacharya are the joint coordinators of this cell.

Overall, the college is not good.

Placements: The college claims to provide good placements. But in reality, the placements are very poor.

I am satisfied because of its faculty members, infrastructure, and facilities.

Placements: Almost 30% of students were placed in our course. Packages were offered in courses like accountancy, cost and taxation management, economics, business law, math and statistics financial statements, audit and computers. Around 20-30% of students got internships in this course.

The English department is great.

Placements: For government colleges and especially in mainstream honors courses, there are fewer chances for direct placements. Our college is also not an exception in this case. Still, our professors make students industry-ready.

It is a great college, and I like this college and all faculty members.

Placements: Almost 70% of the students got placed in our course. Maximum 60 or 70% of the students got an internship from our course. This course is good for students who know English well. Companies are great where students got placed. This subject helps us to improve our spoken English and our English accent.

I am satisfied with this college.

Placements: About 50% of the students were placed from our course. Top recruiting companies here are Wipro, TCS, etc. About 30% of the students got internships from our course in Wipro and TCS companies. Top roles offered in our course are professors.

Except for the education and cultural program, everything here is highly disappointing.

Placements: None of the colleges gives placements after graduating English Hons. A very low percentage of students got an internship just after graduating English honors. None of the companies visited for the mainstream honors system.

I am satisfied with our college because of the good students and teachers.

Placements: Minimum 50% of the students are studying in our college. In our course, the minimum salary package offered is 1.5 LPA in companies like Amazon, Flipkart, etc. Many students are passed out from our college and now doing a job in reputed companies with a good salary package.

I would like to thank all our teachers for guiding me.

Placements: Above 50% of the students were placed from our batch. The highest salary offered to us was approximately Rs. 40,000 per month, and the average salary offered was Rs. 30,000 per month. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 20,000 per month. We were recruited by many companies. The percentage of students who got internships from here was very less.

I suggest you not to join here if you have other options.

Placements: Placements are not offered in this course. Students don't get internships, and roles are not offered here. It is a B.A course, so generally, placements are not offered in this kind of course. It is a drawback of this course. Not only in this college but also in every college, the placements are not provided for this course.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of the faculty, placements, facilities and politics in the college.

Placements: This college has neither a placement cell nor any scope for placements. No initiative is taken to provide placements. Neither my batch nor the previous one had placements. The college doesn't even provide hand-in internships. One has to do everything on their own, and there is zero support from the college. They didn't even sign the paper on time.

Review of Khudiram Bose Central College.

Placements: There is no campusing for B.Com students. However, other departments like geographic and others may have placements. Some students of geographic department with a higher academic percentage got placed in several fields.

Good teachers and goods marks are acquired from the college.

Placements: There is no placement offered. However, chances to study further are given. The passed out students scored good marks. Our batch is very good, and we have scored good marks in all the years. The number of students in our department is 32, and in the pass out batch, there were 17 students.

Good placements, strict faculty members, good infrastructure, cantiene is also there

Placements: 90% placement in which good companies come and this college is under CU, and CU give value to this good college placement in B.sc and in BA. Also, they get jobs in the good field, and they are settled well, and the placement gives enough to survive your life.

A good college for the education which helps to build your personality.

Placements: In the year of 2016, some students from BA batch got some placements, but this college is under CU, so you can't get a job after completing of your exam, and if some company is interested, then the matter can be good. The departments of English, journalism, political science, etc., are good because they provide proper guidance for all the students like where to go after completing the course and how to prepare for the job. If you are lucky and talented, then you get the job easily.

Its ordinary college the most important thing is it’s under Calcutta University. Only the journalism sector is pretty much good under the jurisdiction of TAPASI GHOSH (HOD). Although geography section is also good another important point is those who does not want to come college and want to enjoy at home but at the end of the year they can give exam. Fess structure are ordinary 5000-5500 for a year.
