Satisfied with the faculty, placements, infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Above 90 percent of the students from previous years are placed from MCA in top companies. The highest package offered last year for an MCA student was 15 LPA and the lowest was 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Accenture, TCS, Deloitte, etc. 100 percent students got internships.

Genuine Review About KIIT

Placements: Companies start visiting for placements after two semesters. Fewer companies come for MCA placements compared to B.Tech. The college promises 50-60 companies for placement, but in reality, only 20-25 companies visit. Accenture is a well-known company that hires the most students. IBM, Amazon, Microsoft, and Capgemini offer high packages, with most students receiving packages higher than ₹4.5 lakhs. The average package is between ₹7-8 lakhs. Placement rates were 94.5% in 2022, but declined to 85....

Thriving environment with outstanding infrastructure.

Placements: A minimum number of students are getting placed, while mostly students are still waiting. The highest package is 12 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA in our batch. The company selection process is becoming increasingly tough day by day, so students from non-IT backgrounds face difficulties in getting placements.

I am satisfied with our college.

Placements: Placements are good in our college. Approximately 70% of the students got placed in renowned companies. There is a special placement cell which prepares students for their placements and helps them to know more about the companies in which they want to get placed. Companies visit our college throughout the year for placements.

Third class college for MCA with a third class department of computer applications.

Placements: The college has very bad placements. The placements at KIIT are so third class which you can never get in any other college. It is such a bad college in terms of placements being zero. Please don't come to this college, I shall not recommend it to anyone.

Good University to study.

Placements: In our batch placement was good. Most of the students with a career got placed in TCS and some in Accenture. Though Accenture did not take much from our batch that year. Our Senior batch had better placement. TCS and Accenture took almost most of the students in that lot.

Placements are average and good infrastructure.

Placements: Placement for KIIT MCA 2014 batch was not at all good. 10% of the students were placed during the 5th semester. We had a few companies but with lots of criteria which were hard for each student to qualify. Wipro, Cognizant, Aricent and few other small organizations were there but hardly 15 to 20 students got placed. The highest package was 3.75 LPA, which was also not up to the mark. The placement cell of KIIT only takes responsibility for B. Tech students. MCA students don't get that facility. ...

Everything, including placements, is very good except the high course fee.

Placements: The placement in our college is very good in a word. But most of the companies visiting our campus were IT-based. The training and placement cell of Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology is very cooperative and helpful to students as they provide all the required study and preparation material. But, the placement percentage varies from department to department. In BTech computer science and information technology, almost more than 95% students are placed. For the 2017 pass-out batches, the ...

Administration: The college administration is good, but it needs a little more improvement. Rating: 4/5 Placement: The placement is also very good, as this is a private university. Placement department tries hard to place all the students, mostly for IT, CS and MCA. Rating: 5/5 Faculty: The faculty is very helpful and highly educated. Rating: 4/5 Infrastructure: The infrastructure is awesome. After all, KIIT is one of the best private colleges in India Rating: 5/5 Extra-curricular activ...

I have joined to get a job at the end of my degree. But at the end I got nothing. A jobless student. Too much money according to the other University for MCA. But I love my faculty and the campus life. They all are supportive. I learned many things. But B.Tech students get more opportunities as compared to that of MCA.

Its an amazing journey, I love this college.

Placements: For computer science and information technology students, the placements are very good. The top roles offered are software engineer, full stack developer, data analyst, etc. Students get internship offers from companies like high-radius, Ericcson, etc. About 85%–88% of students get placed every year from here, and it's more every year and not a little bit. The highest salary package offered was around 12–14 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was around Rs 3.4 LPA. The average salary pack...

Amdocs, Infinity world and many more companies recruited our students. The highest salary offered to our course is 8 lakh, average 1lakh, minimum 50 . 70% students got internship offers..
