The state-of-the-art facilities of the KIIT School of Language and Literature include an adequate number of air-conditioned classrooms, laboratories, a conference hall, reading rooms, and round a clock Library. Some of the facilities are listed below:

- Hostel Facilities: There are 20 hostels for boys and 11 hostels for girls available with accommodation capacities of 10,180 and 5,648 students respectively. About 30% of the hostel rooms are air-conditioned and all the hostels have attached canteens serving good quality food. Each hostel has a 24-hour reading room, a facility for indoor and outdoor games, and wireless internet and intranet connectivity.
- Sports Facilities: The university is facilitated by KIIT stadium, a central indoor stadium, and 10 sports complexes distributed on different campuses. KIIT's Central Indoor Stadium Biju Patnaik Indoor Stadium is the hub for indoor sports activities.
