KIIT School of Rural Management Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,Bhubaneswar

Placements: The majority of the people are placed in various sectors like microfinance banks, agri-input companies like SEED, pesticide companies, and development sectors. The placement process there will be continuous improvement and support for the entire placement process, and there will be 100% placement on this campus.

Placements: 100% The highest - 13, the lowest - 5.5 Annapurna Finance, Solidaridad, Pradan, ITC (CSR), BAJAJ 100% in access, Pradan, SELCO Foundation, BAIF, NDDB Programme Associate, Assistant Manager, Research Associate. Good infrastructure. Good placements. Overall, the return on investment is good.

Placements: Recruiting companies are ITC-Agri, ITC-CSR, JEEVIKA, BFIL, Avanti Finance, Tata Capital, TechnoServe, and BigHaat. Roles offered are area manager, young professional, executive officer, and digital marketing. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA, the average is 5 LPA, and the lowest is 4 LPA. Around 100% of students got internship opportunities at TechnoServe, ITC, Tata Capital, Avanti Finance, Bighaat, AKRSP, NDDB, and Amul.

Placements: One of pioneer institute aimed by Dr. Verghese Kurien in India. Delivered many change managers for the betterment of Rural people. Talking about the placements, avg. package is around 4-5 LPA. Companies Like NDDB, ITC-ABD, Reliance retail, Several small and Micro-finance banks, Corporate CSRs and different NGOs are the recruiters which assures 100% placement every year.

Placements: KIIT School of Rural Management (KSRM) Bhuvaneshvar, is a pioneering academic institution in rural management. The college has achieved 100% placements in 2014 with the highest salary packages for 2012-14 batch. Organisations that visited for campus placements were TechnoServe, NHDC, Srijan, Jeevika, Annapurna Microfinance, NDDB, etc.

Placements: Not a bad placement but mostly will get placed in NGO so if want to be in such field it's good college. Some placement also come from state associated NGO who provide good package. Like our senior batch students were not so good in studies so all of them mostly got placed in NGO, but our batch have good students so our batch is expecting a CS R based placement. Our senior batch the highest package was 7.5 lks and the lowest was 22k per month.
