"Empowering Futures: KIPM College of Engineering and Technology"
Placements: In my college - "KIPM College of Engineering and Technology", there was not any such eligibility criteria of 12th percentage cutoff. But the students must be passed 12th for taking admission in my college. The highest package offered in our college is about 13 lakhs( 1300000 INR) , lowest package is about 1.2lakhs (120000 INR) and the average package was about 5 to 7 lakhs ( 500000-700000 INR). The top recruiting companies for my course ( Electronics and Communication Engineering) were TCS, PWC, Accenture . About 40-50% students gets internship from my course and the major companies are TCS, PWC, Accenture. Top roles offered in my course are- Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics Design Engineering, Embedded System, Robotic, Software Analyst, ISRO, Control System, Telecommunication, Networking, VLSI, All India Radio, Analog Design, Bharat Electronics Limited , Electronics Engineer, Desktop Software Engineer and many more.
Infrastructure: All the facilities and infrastructure are provided in our college and in our department such as- Central Library, All laboratories , Classrooms, Auditoriums, Seminar halls, Administrative block, IT Infrastructures, and other facilities such as Hostel, cafe, canteen and many more.
Faculty: All the teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Each and every teacher is well trained and qualified with mind-blowing experience and teaching quality. Almost all the teachers are qualified with many degrees like Btech, Mtech and P.hd. The course curriculum is relevant because everything is perfect and this makes students industry ready because student gets well taught and practiced. Semester exams in this college are little bit tough or more than average. The pass percentage may be about 33% because the written part need 21 marks out of 70 to get pass in the written.
Other: I chose this course because ECE has a secured future because this sector is gonna boom( fast) in future .The best things about my course is that it is guaranteed that this sector will grow non stoppable and constantly. Somethings must be better in our course that are making it more easier and the ground of my college that is not always clean. Events , fests are held regularly such as freshers party , annual function and many more. Campus surrounding is friendly and very well maintained. Scholarship is provided to students after the document verification and completion of full process. Extra curricular activities are also held such as test and practicals including seminars.

Review of KIPM College of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: Our college had not provided good placements. Around 5-15% of students got placed in small companies or contractors with a salary package of 1.4 LPA - 1.8 LPA. Top companies had not visited our college to recruit students. Only small companies or some contractors like KP Reliable visited our college to hire students. During the work, companies treated students like laborers. Around 30% of students got internships from our college. During internships, we used to pay the companies. Top roles offered were to design and maintain the machines, which students enjoyed the most.
Infrastructure: There was no Wi-Fi in our college. Our college had decent labs with decent machines. All classrooms were good and spacious. Our college had a peaceful library, which had a good collection of books and magazines. The hostel was decent, but the food served in the mess was below average. The campus had a medical store. There were no games or sports in our college. Our college had not provided a single volleyball game. If you want to play during a lunch break, you have to bring it with you.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality was excellent. The course made students industry-ready as well as life-ready. Semester exams were quite difficult, but our college provided free of cost extra classes for weak students. The pass percentage was 33%.
Other: I opted for this course because of my passion for machines and technology from childhood. The best thing about our course is that we can learn many things about science and technology. Our college conducts only a fresher party, but you have to do it yourself because our college doesn't contribute anything. Our college surroundings are good and are surrounded by other colleges and schools. Our college provides scholarships to students, but sometimes students may get them, and sometimes they won't get them. I got only one scholarship in four years.
