It is a good college in North Karnataka and you can take admission to this college.
Placements: Almost 90% of students got placed with the highest salary package of 25LPA, and the lowest salary package offered of 6 LPA. Amazon, Mercedes Benz, Microsoft, Byju's, Whitehat Junior, IBM, PWC, Wipro, Infosys, KPIT, Persistent, and many other companies visited our campus for placements. About 75% of Microsoft and many other companies have offered HR roles in the company.
Infrastructure: Labs and Wi-Fi connection are good but classrooms are not up to the mark. The library has very knowledgeable books and the canteen food is not good. The hostel rooms are moderate. There are no medical facilities but there is a multi-speciality hospital near college and there are lots of sports and games.
Faculty: The teachers in our college are not so helpful for studies. They do their job of telling the lesson and go but, don't ask the students about their doubts. It is not good but if you can study yourself, you can join our college. The semester exams are not tough, but it is made tough by giving notes to study at the last moment. The passing percentage is 40%.
Other: Our course is good that is information science. It provides good job opportunities for the future. It is a well-versed course and it is the future of the nation. It provides jobs in the IT sector which is a boon right now. Anyone can join freely without any hesitation. Our college provides good scholarships for students, especially for lingayats students. I would like to improve my skills in web development.

It's a best college for building of our career!
Placements: Here it's the efforts of placement officer to inculcate to the students to get that motivation towards career. Which you'll achieve just need to blindly believe in them. They'll assure you to be good and the best engineers one final day. Take up the hope that you'll be successful one day then you can achieve even at off campus.
Infrastructure: Again the infrastructure is the best. Because we have the buses, and about the facilities which are provided are taken care by the college committee. It's well-equipped with all kind of infrastructure that one college needs.
Faculty: Faculty is best with all reasons. They are well experienced over more than 11years at least. Each one of them play a vital role to make students perfect or believe me that it is one of the best college's in Belagavi, and over Karnataka. I can say so do join this college. I can refer you because I am gitian as such now. So I'm really enjoying the college days, labs, functions, classes etc.

Satisfactory placements, good infrastructure, dissatisfied teaching quality.
Placements: Placements this year is comparatively less when compared to last year. Around 55% of the students are placed. There is an effectively working placement cell. The highest package offered was 6 Lacs per annum. Roles of system engineer, business associates, developer, software tester were offered. Few students from our college got internship.
Infrastructure: Good Wi-Fi facilities. Labs and classrooms are well-equipped and convenient for the students. Medical facility is not very well provided. The quality of food available is good to some extent. Sports and games are well provided and properly used too. Cleanliness in the hostel rooms are not very well maintained.
Faculty: Faculty are well qualified but not very well at teaching. The teaching quality is quite unsatisfactory. Traditional methods of teaching were used with the usage PPT few times. Industry exposure was not given. Course curriculum was not much helpful. The level of teaching was not good.
Other: Events and fests were well organized and useful. Extra curricular activities were encouraged and organised very well. Nice campus surroundings.

Satisfied with the faculty and placement.
Placements: Placements were the most exciting time in period of college. Companies like KPIT, Tata Technologies, GlobalEdge, Algo, Peol, Informatica, and of course TCS, conducted recruitment in coordination with the placement cell. Students were prepared to crack Aptitude tests and interviews during the prefinal year along with regular curriculum. One senior got placed in Microsoft off campus and one from our own batch bagged a place in Amazon. Placement cell faculty were friendly and provided all necessary support to aspiring students. It's, without doubt, the best college in North Karnataka.
Infrastructure: Good labs, instructors, mentorship programs, huge library with Wi-Fi for working on projects and assignments and a big ground with an in-house gym. GIT sports team is always ahead of the pack when it comes to sports, by winning several trophies in football, cricket, volleyball, chess etc.
Faculty: Our branch, ISE, is a small department. So it is convenient for one to one interaction with the faculty and doubt clearance. There are professors with Industry experience, which is of lot of importance for us students having no exposure. The curriculum at our time was set by Vtu, but by the time I am writing this review, GIT has become autonomous and I am sure it will go on to become the best in whole of Karnataka.
Other: Annual college fest Aura is not to be missed if you are a student here. Departmental fest' are also held in their times of the year.

The college is the best in all the facilities, and the placements are awesome.
Placements: The placements are the best compared to all the south Indian colleges. All the top companies conduct the placement drive including TCS, Infosys, Benz, Amazon India, and much more. The college provides all kind of facilities required for the placement. Almost, 90% of all the students get their offer letter before last semester.
Infrastructure: There are no words to explain the high-class library as it is available for 24/7 with all the facilities like the free high bandwidth Wi-Fi, free subscription to top magazine's, and all kind of books. There is a separate placement building and library building. Each classroom has the Wi-Fi facility.
Faculty: All the faculty members have the masters degree with expertise in their subject. They provide in and out of each topic, and you can clear any doubts at any time. Currently, the institution is autonomous. So, it has their syllabus and subjects. It provides the best exposure to the industry.
