Satisfied with the fee structure, but totally dissatisfied with the teaching quality.

Placements: The college doesn't provide placements for the students of mechanical and electrical branches. But, a few companies visit to recruit the students of ECE branch. I passed out in the year 2014, at that time, the placement percentage is 0.01% which is the lowest, compared to other colleges. After the year 2016, the placements are well-developed, as I heard from other students. This college has a bad reputation about its campus recruitments.

Well organised institute.

Placements: Every year 15 to 20 companies conducting placement in KMBB College of Engineering and Technology. These placements have 10000 to 20000 salary per month package. 80% of students get job in the placements. The students have to keep 6.5 SGPA to have a seat in placement. There is a placement cell which organize the placement programs and train students for these placements. Minimum above 60% students got internship from this college.

In my view, this college is providing a good education system worth the money.

Placements: After the completion of 4 years of the course, this college provides a number of placements in globally famous companies such as Deloitte, Tata, HCL, OLG, Sambad, Micromax, iBall, Yes Bank, Axis Bank, Jindal, Jio and many more. My senior Devi Prasad is getting 13 lacs yearly salary by getting a job by the college campus in Deloitte company.

Dissatisfied with the study and teaching in college.

Placements: The placements are good on the campus, but the percentage of students got placed was low, and it is not at all good. Here, the study is also not that good, but it is always continuing. I don't know how the placements will be in my time, but the reputed companies visit the campus for selection.

Overall, our college is not so bad, but it is considerably good as compared to other colleges.

Placements: Our college brings the placements of good companies like Micromax, Infosys, etc. It gives a package of 3 to 4 lakhs per annum. It is a nice college, and we are happy about it. Our placement director Devitosh Acharya sir and his assistant Abhijit sir both do very hard to give better placements to our students. Their efforts are just beyond imagination.

Absolutely dissatisfied with college placement services.

Placements: After 2014, these are the good placements which occurred in the college. Now, college got much achievement for doing technical exam and sports. The college placement does not work as a placement officer, and they act like a teacher. The student got placed in a small company like Megha Engineering Works, Micromax, and civil basis company, and some startup software companies.

Good college for students and is worth the money.

Placements: Senior batch placements were good. But in our batch, the placement is less because of the election time (2014). But after that, from batch 2015 to till now, students got 90% placements. Some students got placed in good companies like Yes Bank, Micromax, etc. Also, there were MNCs based in Bangalore, Delhi-NCR etc.

The college provides good quality education. However, the college is still under development and lacks an on-campus hostel facility. The hostel is still under construction. The placements are good enough to say that companies like Micromax and Simplex recruit from here every year. Now also, the college provides scholarships that wave off the course fees for the students who have secured 60% and above in the intermediate and 70% above in matriculation. The college is ranked at the 5th posit...

KMBB is one of the top 10 BPUT engineering colleges in Odisha and ranks 8th among hundred engineering colleges in the state. I am satisfied regarding professionals and lecture imparting system but the administration is not that good. Yet, it is still a good option for engineering aspirants from poor families, who can’t afford high fees. The scholarship scheme is also worth the praises.

KMBB College, is a small school with a lot of diversity and fun loving people. We're really close to each other in terms of interaction between student-student, student-faculty, student- management, so if you ever feel like you need to get off campus it's really easy to. KMBB College offers various things to all types of students - from drama productions and dance teams to sports teams and extracurricular clubs. Satisfied but not 100% due to lack of good faculty and teaching quality.

Placements: Our college is providing campus selection. The companies offered Rs 25000-30000 for selected students in initial stages and after that package will increase as per your ability. It is the lowest package and the highest package is 100000 for ECE branch of our college. Only 20% of students are getting a job or an internship from Jindal, L&T, IT, ECT, etc.

Every field has poor facilities. Few courses have zero placements as no company visits our campus.

Placements: Only very few students got placed through on-campus placements. On average, the salary offered by companies that sometimes visit our college ranges from Rs. 12,000 per month to Rs. 15,000 per month. The top recruiting company of our college is TCS. The top role offered is a junior engineer. Few students got internships in companies like HAL, BHEL, etc., through referrals.
