The college has the good infrastructure and dedicating faculty members.

Placements: I won't appreciate my college regarding the campus placements as no significant number of companies prefer to visit the college. But on the other hand, it does provide good material and individual efforts of candidates by which they get placed as the high-rank officers after appearing on the various competitive exams.

UIT, RGPV is one of the largest universities in Madhya Pradesh.

Placements: I didn't apply for any placement because there is no electrical company coming to our college for placements. Only CSE and IT placements are done in our college. So, other branch students take place in it. Company pays average 4 lakhs and the highest 10 to 12 lakhs per annum.

RGPV is one of the best engineering campus.

Placements: There are many opportunities at the time of placements. Many companies arrive every year. The campus selection is the best way to find the job. So it provides the campus placements for all students. The information about the placements is given by faculty members time to time. The highest salary offered was Rs. 25,000 per month, the lowest salary offered was Rs. 20,000 per month and the average salary offered was 15k per month is given by the companies.

All about the college in detail.

Placements: The placements in our colleges are decent for mechanical, civil and electrical. 5-10 people from 60 get selected in the companies of their field while a few choose to prefer CS/IT companies. People who are not interested in private companies prefer the non-technical field or either do MTech by clearing GATE. Overall, in our college, the percentage of placements is 25-30%. Many people choose other fields like non-technical fields, railways, bank, etc.

College review- UIT, RGPV Bhopal.

Placements: Two types of campus placements are available for the students. The first is on-campus and the second is pool. For on-campus, TCS is the company that recruits the students in bulk. For pool, other companies such as IBM, Syntel, Capgemini, etc. hire the students. The eligibility criteria for all the companies throughout engineering is a minimum of 60% in all the exams. Regarding internship, the college does not provide any. The students are on their own & have to search out for the internships. ...

Discipline should be maintained.

Placements: Placements for our batch were 70% and the same was for the senior batch also. Tata Consultancy Services was the major recruiter as it recruited around 247 students from our batch. 18 were placed in Capgemini and 7 Students of mechanical and electrical branches were placed in Trident Group. The highest package offered was 9 LPA by Trident and the average package was 3.36 LPA by software companies. A majority of students got jobs for a software engineer. 60% got internship offers and rest of stude...

Choose only if you want to prepare for competion as you will enough time.

Placements: It has a very poor placement record for core branches. Only TCS visits the campus and one or two other companies at most. This year, out of 209 selections in campus, 203 were in TCS. The TPO doesn't cooperate with you. The highest package is just 3.3 lacs from TCS. About 10-15% students only got placed. The maximum number is from CS and EC. You have to search for the internships by yourself as there is no help from college side. Don't think about stipend as it is a government college. ...

Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya provides better placements.

Placements: RGPV is the only technical university of Madhya Pradesh. Placements in our college are more for CS and IT sector with the higher package. They offered less package for other branch students. But it is happy to say that RGPV is the university where the main focus is on students growth. They organise the mock placement drive for better exposure to achieve the placement at companies like TCS, Wipro, Indian Navy, Microsoft, and CoCubes, etc.
