Overall, KPC Medical College and Hospital is a great choice for students looking for MBBS seats.

Placements: In the MBBS degree, there are no placements but the undergraduate pass-out rates are very high and very admirable. The seniors I know are well-trained and have mostly gotten into good post-graduate colleges. I also hope to get a high scope into a good post-graduate medical school.

My experience with KPC in two years of my student life!

Placements: In the website, it is mentioned that 90% to 95% of the students get placements, but in real life, there are hardly any recruiters. Some of the cream layer students, the toppers, are merely selected in the hospital itself as our college has a hospital, but most have to search for job interviews in other hospitals, blood banks, or laboratories.

Review of KPC Medical College and Hospital.

Placements: There is no such placement system as engineering. Students who pass the final professional exam start their rotatory internship for one year, after which they can join as junior residents or ICU RMO in various hospitals. They can also prepare for the postgraduate examination.

Our college gives a mixed bag experience.

Placements: MBBS colleges don't have a placement system like engineering colleges. Students get their permanent practicing number after one year of rotatory housemanship in any accredited medical council college. A basic stipend of Rs.12,500 per month from KPCMCH. After internships, students are free to pursue post-graduation or become junior residents in various departments or can become ICU RMOs or emergency medical officers, or go for rural services. Everyone who passed the final professional exams was a...

It is a fantastic college.

Placements: Many students get a good seat in NEET PG. About 80% of the students get placed which are pass out from the college. Everybody gets an internship, and it is compulsory after doing MBBS. So it is a very good college. I would recommend everyone to study here.

It is the best college for everything.

Placements: Very few students get a chance in this field because of a very low amount of seats and a high amount of students giving exams to crack it. Depending upon the degrees, students will get a minimum salary of Rs. 50,000-60,000 per month, and a salary package of up to 2-3 LPA. We can go to any hospital for our internship.

MBBS in KPC- to do or not to do?

Placements: This is a college of medicine. There are no placement offers. There are different quota seats available: state, Management and NRI quota seats. Each year, the prices are hiked up for the seats but there has been no improvement in infrastructure as of yet. The teaching faculty are also very interested in improving their teaching methods.
