Krishna engineering college.

Placements: Placement is good if you see in comparison to other private engineering college. Not if you compare with government college. Many of my seniors are placed but not all. So you can say it is okay if your 12th percentage was not that good and if you want to pursue engineering anyway. Don't take engineering if you don't want to do it but are doing because of pressure though.

The problem is only with the placements on the campus, which is dissatisfied for the students.

Placements: The placement is not up to the mark. On an average, 40% of the students got placed from the college. The highest salary package is 3K per annum, the lowest is 1K per annum, and the average is 1.5K per annum. The companies like Infosys, quantum, etc., visited our campus. Around 50% of the student got an internship from college. There is a placement cell, which is beneficial for us.

I am not satisfied overall because of placements.

Placements: Placements of our college are not very good as only 40% of the students got placed in companies with an average salary package of 2.5 LPA. Mostly, students are offered software developer jobs. There is a placement cell, which is not very good as it doesn't try much to provide placements.

The infrastructure and quality of the education here is very nice. Placements here is poor.

Placements: The campus placement of this college is below average. Here, 90% of the companies that visit here are IT-based firms. No matter which course you choose you must know at least 2-computer languages to get placed. They don't offer any internship placement for the EEE branch.

Satisfied placements in 2015 and less in 2016, can be more innovative and experimentative.

Placements: The KEC invites mostly start-up companies. There are few companies which always used to visit like Daffodil. From our batch, more than 50% of the students got placed from campus placement, and rest of them tried off-campus. For pool campus, we went in KIET and AKG as well. The minimum salary offered was 2.5lpa and maximum was 5lpa. The companies visited are Eninov Systems, Genpact, HP for pool campus, HCL for pool campus. Most of the students are working as software developer. Even I am a senior...

An average college in the awesome location.

Placements: The placements are there only in the IT sector. There are no placements in the core field. They focus only on attendance. They will give you various examples of success with attendance which I never like. I believe in the studies, not in attendance. At that time, the director was Gautam Chatterjee who had a good hand in managing all these.

Lack of good faculty and industry exposure.

Placements: Only 2-3 core companies of civil will visit your college, or either the college will send you to the pool campus in KIET, IPEC etc. If you are willing to join software companies, then you would get a handful of good companies as, TCS, Tech Mahindra, HCl, etc.

Review about Krishna Engineering College.

Placements: Well, the placement is very bad all the posters of the companies outside the building of KEC are just fake, they are just to attract students and to advertise themselves. You will surprise to know that even the students of KEC have to go to the KIET campus for their placement interview. I am in 3rd year, and my senior batch has the student strength of around 60 in one class, and only 3 got placed with 9 lakh per annum. Regarding the internship, students have to try themselves to get an internshi...

Good college for college life

Placements: This college offers good placement for their students. Also, it gives summer training to students to prepare them for getting jobs. Aptitude classes are given to students. New language courses are also given to students. Placements are average, but you can start your career with on-campus placements. Skills are also taught to get jobs.

Please don't go to this college for Masters, however for BTech, it is good enough.

Placements: The placement facility of this college for M.tech is very bad. Not a single company arrived here for placements. The placement cell is not serious about the recruitment of MTech students, however, they are very serious for the BTech students. There was no Internship facility for students in MTech, however, they hired some MTech students as lab instructors with some stipend.

Satisfactory college because of some good faculty, good curriculum and attention paid on practicals.

Placements: Almost 70-80% of the batch was placed but there are no on-campus placements. We had to go to various off-campus drives to get placed. The college plays a very little role in getting the students placed as they are not able to invite companies. The placement cell is not at all up to the mark.

Greatest campus placement in 2016 (33 in Tech Mahindra ). Campus activities are poor and boring.

Placements: I was a student of mechanical engineering of 2012-16 in Krishna Engineering College and I was one of the very few students who got placed from my department. I got placed in Tech Mahindra. Although, if you are a student of computer science or IT, your chances of getting placed are greater in comparison to any core branch students like mechanical or electrical etc. Most of the students get an average package salary of Rs. 2.5 LPA - 3 LPA. Though the range of the package is Rs. 2 to 5 lakh. Some...

If you are a little serious, then it is good for you.

Placements: Placements seem okay. The student gets the opportunity to proof himself. Nearly 70% placed. Most of them are from CS and IT, there is a lesser focus on other branches as compared to CS and IT. Companies like Sopra Steria, Lybsis and Daffodil etc visited our campus. No mass recruiter came in the last 3 years of my presence. There is no facility of internships.

Not a great college but you can learn if you are willing. Placements below average.

Placements: The Training and Placement cell (T&P) of the college seems to be rather active but the main focus of (T&P) is making the list of 'companies' that visited college or the 'companies' that invited us for pool-campus longer. There are basically two placements going on- (i) Actual placements: which are not even satisfactory let alone impressive, (ii) Disguised placements: A huge number of companies are listed which visited the campus but apparently no students got selected for no good reasons, even i...

KEC is a college for friends and to enjoy college life. Being one of the best college of Uttar Pradesh and closest to Delhi, it attracts most Delhite crowd and we Delhites know how to party. The fun in hostel is uncomparable though the food in mess is not that good. The college is now on a rise to prominence having started an yearly fest and lot of infrastructure improvements on the campus being underway. They need to work on placements and also, on the quality not the quantity of students. Any...

Nowadays, value of doing B.Tech degree is not much as it counts only if you have done it from some reputed college like the IITs and NITs. So, wasting your money here is not a good thing. But if you want to do it from CS branch, as there is no scope in other branches no placements nothing even if there is some placements they are for EC branch students who are getting placed with computer software firms only. Hence, wasting your time studying Electronics or other subjects doesn’t count. You will...

The college is affiliated under UPTU which brings down the quality of students seeking admission into this college. Location of the college is good. Infrastructure is also fine but the labs are not fully equipped. The faculty is below average and are not supportive at all barring some. Placement drive is also not good as few companies visit the campus last year only TCS was only big company to visit the campus. Hostels are fine but the mess food is below average. Not much facilities are there. ...

It is a very decent college. Located at good a location of Delhi NCR. Infrastructure is at par with any other college in Ghaziabad. Though I cannot comment about the placements, a diligent aspirant must seek information directly from the placement cell.

PLACEMENTS: - The college is good in terms of placements. CS & IT has a 100% placement record this year. For other branches, the placement record is not up to the mark. INFRASTRUCTURE: - I would give it 6 out of 10. The college has basic things, such as a basketball court and a volleyball court. However, there is no space for sports like cricket and football. The canteen is good. You can have food there 24x7.

Krishna Engineering College (KEC) has a smaller campus as compared to other big name engineering institutions but not too small either. As you enter the college you'll find the campus canteen on the left and a Nescafe outlet a little ahead towards the right. The canteen was being renovated at the time of writing this. For now the canteen has been shifted to the adjacent college which is Krishna Dental College (which is being shut down). The canteen doesn't offer a lot of variety of foods and the...
