Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) - Batch of 2021

I was absolutely satisfied with good faculty but no placements in 2013 for this course.
Placements: There were 30 members of Pharma.D. The 1st batch joined in 2013. Companies like Paraxel, Accenture, Wipro, TCS, Icon PLC, Syneos Health, etc., recruited students from our course. Job roles offered were pharmacovigilance, clinical research, medical writer, medical coding, duty doctor, etc. Pharma company recruited us. The highest salary package was 1 LPA- 2 LPA. We could do an internship in hospital and go to a Pharma company, hospital, or abroad.
Infrastructure: Our course was good. The department was also good. Wi-Fi was not available on floors and rooms. Labs were available with equipment required for each lab. The library was good. The hostels were separate for boys and girls. The food was not good in the mess. The canteen was good. Medical facilities were available with required equipment.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were helpful and the teaching quality was good. They were qualified and knowledgeable persons. This course is Pharma.D related to medical field. Students can be industry-ready but they have to finish their course. Semester exams were somewhat difficult giving questions a and b for each question paper. Pass percentage was 60%.
Other: The course was very good for us in India but we couldn't get good jobs and salaries. Almost people say abroad is good for it. The course is good. But good facilities and teachers should be there. Scholarships for students were okay but if they don't get the scholarship, they want to pay money.

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma.) - Batch of 2021

It's the best pharmacy college.
Placements: There are more than 100 students. The highest package offered is 2.95 LPA, and the lowest package is 1.11 LPA. Apollo Pharmacy is the top recruiter. More than 70% of students got internships. Nowadays, this course has more demand. This course has a huge demand.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi on campus. Food is very bad in the hostel. The classrooms are very good. The library has many books available related to pharmacy. Hostels are very bad. Medical facilities are very good. A hospital is also available. Sports and games are very good.
Faculty: Many teachers here are PhD holders and have good subject knowledge. This course makes students industry-ready. There are 8 semesters. The pass percentage is 35%. This college is under JNTUA. I got good friends here. Overall, the teachers are good.
Other: This course is based on chemicals, and I like that.

An average pharma college in Tirupati.
Placements: When I was studying here, there were no campus placement drives organised here. However, the professors and faculty refer to you to join companies located around Chennai and Hyderabad. No student from our batch got placed through campus placement drives. Around 20 out of 40 students got jobs on their own.
Infrastructure: Our college provides a Wi-Fi facility. Although the labs are not well-equipped, they are good to do our experiments. Our classrooms are good, but they are not air-conditioned. The library has a lot of books. Good medical facilities are offered here, and the college encourages sports and games. NCC programmes are also encouraged if you are interested. The availability of chemicals used in the experiments is okay.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are well-qualified, but their teaching needs to be more impactful. If anyone asks them to explain any concept, they are always ready to explain. Presentations and oral teaching methods are used to teach. There are around 20 to 30 faculty for all the 4 years of the pharmacy course. The curriculum is as per JNTUA.
Other: Freshers' party, farewell party, national conferences and many other programmes are conducted here.
