The GPAT cutoff 2025 will be released by the National Board Of Examinations In Medical Sciences (NBEMS) after the declaration of the result. Students can check the GPAT 2025 cutoff percentile on the official website at natboard.edu.in. The GPAT 2025 cutoff marks are determined by a variety of factors, including the number of candidates, seats available, marking method, and difficulty level.  

The exam conducting authorities will release the GPAT cutoff marks category-wise. Till the time the GPAT cutoff marks 2025 are released, applicants are advised to check the GPAT previous year cutoff. According to the GPAT results, a total of 3934 candidates were declared qualified for admission to Master of Pharmacy Courses/award of scholarship for M. Pharm Courses/PhD courses last year. GPAT 2024 Cutoff PDF

The GPAT cutoff enables the process for MPharma counselling which is conducted on an individual basis by several institutes. Last year's highest marks scored by one of the applicants was 401 marks hence the GPAT 2024 cutoff was higher than from the previous year.  

The GPAT cut-off is the minimum score an applicant must achieve to pass the entrance exam. The cut-off marks set by the GPAT participating institutes are used to select candidates who are taking the exam. 

 

Q:   When will the GPAT cutoff be declared?

A: 

The GPAT 2025 cutoff percentile will be released by authorties after the declaration of the results. It will be released by the authorities category wise. The GPAT cutoff is a minimum mark that a candidate should score for qualifying for the exam. GPAT cutoff is based on multiple factors such as availability of seats, the difficulty level of the exam, and the total number of candidates who appear and pass in the entrance exam.  

The cutoff for GPAT 2025 exam for the various categories can be 148 (General category); 122 (EWS category); 120 (OBC category); 94 (SC category); and 75 (ST category) as per the analysis of previous year stats.

Q:   Will GPAT 2024 cutoff be higher than last year?

A: 

As compared to last year, the GPAT cutoff depends on the number of test-takers and difficulty level of the exam. Hence, the GPAT 2024 cutoff will be predictive of these two factors that will be known after the conclusion of the GPAT 2024 exam.

Last year, the GPAT exam was moderate difficult, it was found that GPAT cutoff was higher than last year.

Q:   Who declares GPAT cutoff?

A: 
NTA the official exam conducting body is the responsible authority to release the NTA GPAT cutoff at the official website: GPAT. NTA. Nic. In. The GPAT cutoff will also be released by the participating institutes that accept GPAT scores. NTA holds the responsibility only till releasing the GPAT result. NTA doesn't conduct the counselling for M.Pharma admissions. It will be responsible for releasing the merit list of GPAT 2023 along with the result mentioning the status of qualifying, name of candidates. Once the GPAT cutoff is announced by individual colleges/institutes, candidates can check the cutoff score on their individual websites to seek admission in the preferred course and college.

Q:   When is the GPAT result likely to be announced?

A: 

NBEMS declared the GPAT result on July 8, 2024. The GPAT 2024 scorecard were released on the official website of the exam. The exam was conducted on June 8, 2024.

Candidates had to log in to the GPAT 2024 website with their application number and date of birth and security pin and download the GPAT 2024 scorecard in PDF format.

GPAT 2025 Cutoff

Applicants who will appear in the GPAT exam 2025 can check the GPAT 2025 cutoff percentile from the table below. The GPAT 2025 cutoff is the minimum mark applicants need to secure to pass the exam. The GPAT cutoff mark varies from category to category. 

The approximately category-wise GPAT 2025 cutoff percentile range is mentioned in the table given below:

GPAT Previous year Cutoff

GPAT 2025 cutoff will be released by the NBE after the conclusion of the exam. For the reference of the candidates below is the GPAT previous year cutoff. NBEMS will release the GPAT cutoff scores category-wise. The cutoff is the minimum mark that the candidates need to score to be eligible for counselling and the seat allotment process.

GPAT 2024 Counselling

NBE will not conduct GPAT counselling. The counselling exercise will be held by the individual institutes for candidates who have qualified in the GPAT cutoff rolled out by the NBE. Candidates who have been shortlisted on the merit list will be called for the GPAT counselling process by the institutes in which they have shown interest or filled out the counselling participation form. The GPAT merit will comprise the candidate’s roll number, rank, GPAT scores, and marks obtained in the entrance exam.
