Placements: The placement offers are good. Maximum two good MNC companies visit the college every year. However, small BPO companies provide offers. BPO companies do not get into contact regarding joining after recruiting the students. They give 6 months training for the placements.

Placements: Each department has separate placement cell coordinators, and they will assist you to prepare for the placement that comes in the final year. You have to prepare for the placement from 6th semester itself. More than 80 percent placement activities are completed in 7th semester itself.

Placements: With the expectations that the students had, they gave us some core companies. But mostly we attended drives for IT companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys. Along with the effort made by the teachers on us, we had a good placement drive in our college, that led to a good percentage of placement.

Placements: The placements were good. When I was studying in the final year, 30 to 40 companies visited our college and many students were placed. I got placed in Wipro Technologies. In that company, 300 students were placed. The highest salary package is 5.5 lacs per year.

Placements: Compared to the last year, placement this year is not good because only 3 companies visited for placements for my department. When compared to the other departments, my department has very less number of companies visiting for recruitment. Only one MNC, Wipro, visited for my department. Overall, the placements in our college are average. The lowest salary was Rs. 12000 and the highest was Rs. 35000.

Placements: Placements for our college are commonly high. There are most of IT companies that come. They take 60% to 75% students from our department. A total of 96% of students got placed the last time in our department. The highest average salary is 50K per month. The lowest salary is 10K per month. The companies that visited our campus are Wipro, VVTL, VEE TECH, IVTL, Image Processing, Amazon, PRECOL, LMW etc.

Placements: Getting placed in mechanical engineering core industries is difficult in this college. Most mechanical engineers in our college go for IT sector or join a mediocre core industry which is not fit for his knowledge. Chances of excelling in academics are more. Self-learning and exploring can get a good job. The highest salary for my seniors is 40k per month. Least is 10k per month. Internship stipend is min 1500 and max 10000. Placements: Placements are good but the initial salary is less. There are 100% placements at our department. Companies are coming in for placements, and both off and on-campus placements are provided. Companies are coming from all over India for placements. The best companies in the textile field are placing the students.

Placements: In my college, placements are very low. For senior batch, only 30 Percentage of students GOT placed. The highest salary was 3 lakhs per annum offered by Wipro technologies. The lowest salary was 1 lakh per annum by local construction company. The companies visited are Wipro technologies, Oram technologies, RR thulasi builders and Rasi constructions. There is no internship offered from the college.

Placements: Our batch had around 50+ companies visiting our college. The top salary offered was 6.5 lakhs per annum and the average salary was 3 lakhs per annum. Some of the companies which visited are TCS, Wipro, Excelacom, Zoho, Aspire Systems etc, and the companies which are through the Anna University placements were CTS, Accenture, IBM, etc. The college management takes intense responsibility in the placement of the students.

Placements: The placements for our department were not so good because we were allowed to attend only one IT company, Wipro and a few core companies. But our college provides a good training for clearing the aptitude rounds. Around 20% students of our department are placed through our college placements. The highest salary package is around Rs 3,00,000 per annum and the lowest salary package is Rs1,20,000 per annum. But, our college did not take any serious steps for internship programs. ...

Infrastructure - Lab facilities are great. Being one of the oldest engineering college, they literally have all the equipments including rare ones like Digital Oscilloscope. Worthy college with all the facilities for students. The Faculty Members are not that good. No motivation. No industrial exposure. No exposure for students at all. Faculty Members are local people that they come to college only for their earning, not out of their passion or student welfare. Highly recommended for students who just want to get a degree.
