Placements: We are conveniently located with the office primarily based in Chennai. Bangalore is too far from Kerala. Students are placed in clusters on and off-campus, with recruiting companies such as Capgemini, Reliance, Heritage Teach, and Zensor Technology, though their numbers are small (3 LPA). Due to a lack of opportunities and low salaries, many students migrate to Gulf countries in search of work. We primarily obtain scholarships, experience, and industry certifications.
Placements: A very good number of students are placed in reputed institutions from our department. Since my role is a clinical psychologist, I can work in hospitals as well as in school settings. 90% of students got into internships. It is my privilege to study in one of the best departments in our college.
Placements: No placements were offered for the course of B.Sc. Psychology. Students are encouraged to find internships but only through their own volition and for the sake of minor projects. This is due to the fact that this degree requires a Master's degree to be eligible to hold positions.
Placements: I am a 2023 passout of Kuriakose Elias College Mannanam in Bsc Psychology. My class consisted of 40 students. Psychology has few placement opportunities compared to other courses. Yet our college itself is famous for our department of psychology, as it is one of the oldest psychology department in this university
Placements: Approximately 70 percent of students were placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 12.4 lacks per annum and lowest salary package offered is 3.5 lacks per annum. Companies like Wipro, TCS, Deloitte are visited to our college.10 percent of students got internship.
Placements: 1. Around 80% of the students got placed. 2. The highest package was for 5.5 lacs per annum, and the average package offered was for 4 lacs per annum. 3. Top recruiting companies were TCS and Wipro. 4. Around 65% of the students got internships from our course in research organizations. 5. The top roles offered were research associate and laboratory technician.
Placements: In my college, BA English students will be offered free language skill courses and only have 20% placement offers, but they will provide guidance for higher studies. You can take combinations of your complementary papers and have a big library and internet connection for acquiring quality resources.
Placements: Good placement opportunities are provided by the college. The college has a few tie-ups and partnership agreements with companies in the industry that are regular recruiters for both placements and internships. Roles like economists, analysts, and researchers are offered.
Placements: More than 87% of the students got placed in the final job, and around 70% got internship opportunities. For internships, companies like Kerala Forest Research Institute along with other research institutes came, and for final placement, various private and public companies like Biocon, Wipro, HCL, etc. came.
Placements: 85% of the students were placed in the batch. The salary package offered was pretty good, with the highest salary being INR 5.5 lacs per annum. A few of the companies that were part of the recruitment team were Infosys, Wipro, and HCL. Roles like research associate, botanist, and technician were offered.
Placements: Poor placement for MSW. The only way is after a master's to get a good internship and then with experience, we can get a good job and package. Many hospitals and pharmaceutical companies offer jobs but the first 6 months are internship periods. After completing the MSW, the average package we can expect is 2.4 to 3 lacs per year. In reality, no one is talking about this.
Placements: We have decent placement, but the job location is mostly in Chennai; Bangalore is too far from Kerala. Students placed by on-campus and off-campus drives: Capgemini, Reliance, Heritage Teach, and Zensor Technology are some hiring companies, but at a low package (3LPA). Because of fewer opportunities and a low salary, many students migrate to Gulf countries for jobs. We do not receive a stipend for internships, only experience and a certificate of working in the industry.
Placements: As I'm studying psychology, we do not have placement opportunities. But we do have a strong alumni association (PAAM), which helps us in acquiring great opportunities in internships and jobs not only in india, but also abroad. Many of our seniors work under our alumni. I guess that impeccable support is far better than any placement packages.
Placements: Our Kuriakose College boasts a placement percentage of 67%, with over 56k+ students securing positions in prominent companies. The highest package offered is 21 Lacs, while the lowest stands at 12 Lacs. Recruiting companies include Aegis, Convergys, IBM, WNS, and Infosys. We have achieved a 43% internship rate.
Placements: The percentage of placements for our course is poor. The students were unaware about the placement cell or placement opportunities. But in other courses many have been placed. We were unaware of the companies, opportunities or internship options provided by the placement cell.
Placements: Psychology at KE College is really a good opportunity in Kerala. But the course psychology does not have many placements after B.Sc. So KE College also doesn't have placement. The college doesn't offer internships. But we must do paid internships in our last year .
Placements: My college placement percentage is above 50 percent. So you can consider it an average percentage of placement compared to all over Kerala or all over India. In my class of 2021, out of 50, only 24 students got placed and thankfully, I also got placed.
Placements: Around 30% of students got placed in our course. The top recruiting companies are Tata, ICICI Bank, Deloitte, etc. It is done through campus interviews which are held mostly in this college. If students score above 8 CGPA then they are eligible for placements.
Placements: There is a good chance for better placements for students studying in different courses at the college. Top recruiting companies like Federal Bank, ICICI Bank, Wipro, and many more multinational companies offer placements in the college. Almost 40-50% of students are placed at college because they are better at their studies and other activities.
