My brief review on Kurnool Medical College.
Placements: Award postings at the government hospital are implement for all the students from 2nd year thus the students gain sufficient clinical knowledge. The final year students once passed out are eligible for internship in the hospital and gain much more clinical knowledge about various treatment procedures and medications. Each student in internship gets around 30,000 rupees every month. Once the internship complete the students are asked to take the PG NEET exam.
Infrastructure: As it is a government college the infrastructure is okayish and needs to be improved. It will be good if some blocks are renovated. There are so many departments in the college such as anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, pathology, microbiology, pharmacology, forensic, community medicine and other clinical departments such as ophthalmic, ENT, surgery etc. All the departments are situated at different blocks respectively. Hostel: There are 2 hostels for boys and girls respectively. The hostel rooms are spacious with attached bathrooms and other required facilities. The infrastructure of hostel buildings is a bit better at girls hostels when compared to boys hostels. Food at the hostel is very good with a lot of varieties on menu everyday. The mess fee is approximately 5000 rupees every month. A lot of sports can be played such as basketball, cricket, badminton, table tennis etc.
Faculty: The faculty is very good and very well experienced. Probably the great reputation of this college is due to this factor. All the professors are very friendly with the students helping us in our academics and doubts. Classes are taught by using a power point presentation with neat diagrams making it easier for the students to understand. Daily classes and labs are conducted with clinical postings from morning 9am to 12pm. Yearly 3 Sets of exams I. e 2 internals and one prefinal exams are conducted before the final exams. The exams are easy if we study well and the pass percentage follows 60:40 rule. It means that 60 marks should be scored in theory and 40 marks in practical exams or vice versa.
Other: KMC is situated at Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh. It is one of the most reputed colleges of both Telugu states. I have personally chosen this college because of its great teaching faculty who are very much experienced. All the professors are friendly with us. There will be a total of 250 students in every batch. All the fellow seniors are very friendly and guide us through our academics. The government hospital present beside the campus help in learning various clinical cases. Campus life is good with fests conducted every year. The students at the college can also avail various scholarships provided by the government.

Overview of Kurnool medical college.
Placements: 250 members are placed in each batch. We have overall 19 subjects. We need to pass all the subjects in order to get eligible for a degree. We need to do an internship (house surgeon) for 1 year in order to get a degree and needed to get a job in our field.
Infrastructure: We have labs for our non-clinical subjects, which has all the facilities like microscopes, slides, specimens, etc. The hostel is also good, though it is a government college; we have most of the facilities and food is also better as it is payable monthly.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful in understanding the subject, and they explain the subject very clearly. If we read, the internal exams are easy to pass. And we need to get 50 percent in each subject to pass the subject, and we should have attendance of 75 percentile.

For locals, this college is good.
Placements: Around 40 percent of students were placed last year in MBBS, with the highest package of 15 Lacs and an average of 6 Lacs. Only top scorers or performers got placement in good medical institutions and hospitals. In the last year of the course, compulsory placement happens for all students.
Infrastructure: All facilities are available in college, including Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, a huge library, medical rooms, mess, and canteen with cheap and hygienic food. There is a big infrastructure and ground. Sports facilities are good and average. The college is divided into many departments.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are helpful and qualified. Their knowledge and skills help students improve themselves. Their teaching skills are awesome. Yes, the semester is very difficult, and you have to study the whole semester to score good marks. This happens twice a year. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant.

Kurnool Medical College has developed very well and has better infrastructure.
Placements: There are no placements in our college but it is compulsory to do an internship one year after the final year. In an internship, a 23 thousand per month salary was given. There was no recruitment in our course. After internship, we have to write a NEET exam to qualify PG.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are very helpful to gain subjects very easily. We are provided with Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, projectors, etc. All these things are very helpful to understand the subject knowledge very easily. Labs are also very helpful and we understand the concept they teach us .
Faculty: Yes, teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable and they teach very well. Teachers are very experienced experts and highly qualified. They participate in course curriculum activities to teach the students how to understand the concept and how to apply the concept in practical. Semester exams are medium-quality papers to check our subject knowledge.
Other: I loved to be doctor because I want to serve my country, which makes me very satisfied with this professions. This course teaches us to learn about ourselves, how the body functions daily and what supports us to do such daily things while learning new types of patients and concepts. Events, fests, campus crowds, connectivity, campus surroundings, scholarships, extracurricular activities, and sports are conducted every year .

The college has good teachers, a good environment for study purposes, and good infrastructure.
Placements: 100 percent of students got placed in my course, and 100 percent of students received internships in my college. They provide a stipend of 23,500 per month, and we have duties both day and night for the entire year. A doctor’s license is a must in society, and the interns serve the people freely to gain knowledge from patients and deal with various types of cases in the hospital. This experience provides good knowledge to the students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is somewhat good in my college. Wi-Fi is available, and the labs and classrooms are equipped with projectors and CCTV cameras. The college has 19 departments with highly experienced faculty, and the postgraduates are helpful during training. The class environment is very good. The hostel facilities are also good, with Wi-Fi and a nice mess. There are courts and nets for cricket, and the hostel has a good environment for studying. The hostel expenses are 5,000 per month.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful and highly qualified, with good knowledge in their respective fields. The teaching quality is excellent, and the curriculum is relevant, helping students prepare for industry demands. The semester exams are somewhat difficult, but if you study, it will be easy for the students. The pass percentage in exams is about 96 percent.
Other: I chose this course for myself. The MBBS course is very hard, but I will work hard to become a good doctor in society. The best things about the course are the quality of education and the potential for good placements. The campus has good connections to the community and offers scholarships and extracurricular activities. The college hosts events like College Day and Sports Day.
