It has good placement in 2022.

Placements: About 80% of students are placed. The highest package is about 7.5 LPA and the lowest is 2 LPA. Companies that come for civil engineering students include Auto Desk, L & W Construction, and many others in the civil stream. Around 45% of students got internships in companies.

Glad to have faculty members who help and encourage us. Disappointed of having no fests.

Placements: I'm a CSE 3rd year student studying in KVG College Of Engineering. To be honest, the education system here is great. There are placements and students gets placed every year. The highest package was around 8–9 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are QSpiders, TCS, etc. Mostly the students actually get into training cell (not directly placed). If they completed it, they would get a full-time job.

Overall, I feel that it is the best college compared to other colleges.

Placements: It is good that a lot of IT and core companies visit our college for placements. Faculty members in our placement department are extremely fascinated with their work. If students have good knowledge and potential, he or she will get recruited by various companies.

This is not an updated college for this generation.

Placements: There are no placements offered on the campus for students. They will inform the students about the Indian army rally. A few years ago, BPO companies visited the campus to hire students. The placement department sends our students to another college for placements. At the time of admission, they will make a lot of fake promises to students. It is the best college for people who want to spoil their lives.

College's good from my point of view. Good labs and libraries facilities. Whatever we need is there.

Placements: Talking about the placement, CS and CE have better placement compared to other branches. Companies like Infosys and other known companies come for recruitment over there. Since the college is located little out of city area, so the placement for civil and mechanical is less.

Great college for the one who is willing to learn.

Placements: The placements offered were great this year. The highest salary offered was 36 lacs per annum by a company called Pivotal and the average salary offered is around 3 LPA. Around, 80% of CS, IS, and EC is already placed in the various top companies. Last year, CS and IS batch had record-breaking 100% placements.

Good college and faculty, but poor infrastructure.

Placements: It is a very good college, and the placement opportunities are abundant too. I got placed in HCL, Bangalore. I would recommend students to opt for this college even though the campus is not up to the mark. The hostels are bad, but the college is good. However, all that matters is the quality of education. It is better here compared to most of the other universities.

KVGCE, a remarkable college.

Placements: The college placements are mediocre to say, at the least. In fact, most of the students get placed in BPOs or tech support jobs. Most of the placements are through pool drives at other colleges. On many occasions, students are asked to pay money to the companies that visit just to get placed.

The strength of the college is the lectures. The placements are less.

Placements: Placements are less and only pool campus interview will happen in other colleges. Last year, fewer people were selected in the IT field. Many call centres are visiting for the recruitments. The main thing is, the placement department is not good. Core companies are not coming to recruit mechanical, electrical, electronics and civil students.

Teaching wise, it is really good. But, dissatisfied because no pool campus in the college.

Placements: The placements are good. But, no pool campuses are there. But, will be there in Mangalore/ Puttur. Mostly in a semester, 10 to 15 interviews will be provided. Talented guys will get jobs. Companies like Sankalp, BPO's, Electronic based, civil-based companies.

If you are looking for less fees and moderate quality of education, then come here.

Placements: The placement activities are relatively lesser. For E&C, IS, computer science, almost all the reputed companies came in for the pool campus drives only. Companies are not coming to this college separately. Branches other than these three have very low placement rate. Companies coming directly to this college are only of the BPO or voice service company.

The only thing I don't like in the college is the faculty.

Placements: There is not much scope for campus selection for mechanical freshers in our college. CS department had a very good placement achievement with 56 percent and the highest package of 12 lacs p.a. Companies like Infosys, Kotak, and other prestigious companies visit our college.

Waste of time and money. All that they care about is your caste and your money.

Placements: To be honest about the placement, my college was the worst of all because all they had were some fraud companies who would offer a job when the candidate pays. After paying, you may or may not get a job. My friends lost around Rs. 3-4 lacs. Moreover, we had some BPOs who offered Rs. 6000-8000/month. (Why do engineering and go to a BPO)? This is the real situation of our college. Out of the students who got placed according to the college, at least 75% are still waiting for the call. This inclu...

My love towards my college KVG College of Engineering.

Placements: It has nice placements and there is a good support from the college. Students are allowed to various on-campus and off-campus placements. We have a separate placement cell department which calls various good companies to college for on-campus placement drives. Last year, more than 300+ students got placed in various companies like Infosys, Mindtree, Mphasis etc.

Pretty good relationship with the lecturers, best place to get the technical and ethical knowledge. Rural area, best natural surroundings, with pretty good places to visit and a calm place. Mechanical engineering is the best in the college and the faculty is really interactive and nice. But lacks in the placement department. But the best place to learn new things. Faculties are too close and interactive. Less industrial exposure and communication skills should improve.

Not a good infrastructure, no good Wi-Fi speed, hostel facility is good, food is below average, good lab facilities, and library books are available. Bus facilities are limited. If you want to study without any entertainment you can join this college.

Wow, in every aspect, especially the environment surrounding the hostel is awesome. People in this college are good. Professors are well qualified and kind. All the places near the campus are great. After the college, we all missed the food, which we got in a simple, cheap and healthy manner.

Worst college to study. Business minded management and faculty. Except for few good teachers its inexperience teaching staff. College is not supportive in any ways, placement service is very bad and those who got selected had pay money to college at the end.
