BCA is a three-year course spread across six semesters. LPU Admission Office offers BCA in two specialisations and a BCA (Hons) course. Selection criteria: Merit-based/ LPUNEST or CUET
Candidates who have completed Class 12 with 60% aggregate with English or equivalent are eligible to apply for BCA (Hons) (Cyber Security) in tie-up with Comptia and BCA (Big Data Analytics) in tie-up with IBM. Aspirants with at least 50% aggregate in Class 12 with English or equivalent can apply for BCA.
For BCA (LE)
Selection criteria: Merit-based
Eligibility: A pass in Diploma in Engineering in any stream with at least 50% aggregate or a three-year diploma after Class 10 or Diploma in Computer Applications/ IT of one or two-year duration after Class 12 is required to apply for BCA (LE) course.
Note: 5% to North East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defence Personnel and their Dependents/Wards of Kashmiri Migrants.

Step 1: LPU Delhi BCA Application Process 2024
The exam fee for LPUNEST is INR 1,000 for males and INR 500 for females. Check below the steps to apply for LPU admission:
Step 1.1: Visit the official website of LPU, https://www.lpu.in/, and click on the ' Apply Now' tab at the top of the web page.
Step 1.2: Register on the official admission portal of LPU i.e. LPUADMIT (admission.lpu.in) with basic details such as name, email-id, mobile no., state, gender and password). The email id used during registration will act as the username for the portal and the password needs to be set by the candidate while registering. Candidates can continue to apply for LPUNEST (for scholarship purposes).
Step 1.3: Upload the requisite documents.

This step is required only if one is appearing for LPU NEST. In LPUNEST slot booking 2024, candidates have to select an exam date and a shift for appearing in the exam. There are two ways to book the slot that are slot booking by the candidate and slot booking by the authorities of Lovely Professional University.
Step 3: Selection Rounds
LPU conducts LPUNEST to shortlist candidates for BCA admission. LPU also accepts national-level entrance exams like CUET or shortlisting aspirants for BCA courses.
Step 3: Admission Confirmation
After completion of the selection rounds, shortlisted aspirants are further called for document verification round. Aspirants need to confirm their seat by paying the BCA course fee.
