Overall, the college is good.

Placements: The campus interviews are held commonly before the final semester of the students. 40% of the students got placed through campus interviews. The highest salary offered was Rs. 20,000, and the average salary was Rs. 12,000. Assistant manager post is offered to me. BGR Energy and Enmas PSPL companies visit the campus.

Don't MS the opportunity to study in loyola college.

Placements: Placement one of the best feature of Loyola college Chennai almost all the students who are willing and got cleared in all semester exams are placed in well reputed company. In my batch nearly 75 percent students got cleared and in that 50 percent are willing to go for job all of them got the job for a salary of 15k to 48k. Placement s are the best in Loyola.

Loyola College ranked number 2 by NIRF in the year 2017.

Placements: I am studying PG in the same college now. I got placed in many good companies. Even some of the students are studying their post-graduate. Even while I was doing my graduate, I got placed in many MNCs, but I have decided to study post graduation in the same college after completing my graduation.

Our college is second best college as per NIRD but always the best in the heart of loyolites.

Placements: Our college has a separate placement cell to guide the students in getting a job. This year more than 100 companies ranging from big corporates like AMAZON, DELOITTE to the small local companies visited for placement. More than 70% of passed final year students got placements. Some of the notable companies include E&Y, Zoho, Citi bank, etc. The highest salary ranging from Rs. 40,000 to 50,000 P.M (CTC). The minimum salary is Rs. 15,000 P.M (CTC). Our placement cell's services is not limited to g...

Experienced a lot. Absolutely great.

Placements: Many people got placed. Which is almost 60% of students got placed in commerce department. This is all about one shouldn't have any areas at the time of placement. 60% of overall semester mark is important. Moreover this is something a great opportunity for the people. Lots of companies will be coming.

Worried due to placement in 2018.

Placements: The placement was good. But only 30% students is placed. The highest salary is 4 lakh per annum, the lowest salary is 2 lakh per annum. Cts, Wipro, Verizon, RBS, funds India, goldman sachs, L&T and many companies are visited. Roles like service desk, system admin, programmer, sales executive, accountant, etc.

Extremely satisfied with loyola.

Placements: Frankly in my batch and previous batch only 10% attend the interview and 5% only got selected that doesn't means others are not doing well. Many have goals towards their dreams. For example, my class strength (60) in that 40 (will have areas ) syllabus is easy but many of them not interested in first few semesters. Having backlogs they try to clear in their final semesters but the companies hire students (cts, wipro, infosys, digshaw,. ). Don't hire backlog students and so the placements are low...

A very good faculty and infrastructure and placement but students lack life skills.

Placements: Loyola offers a good placement for students but major setback is college does't impart employability skills in the students. It is in the hands of students to develop their skills to get placed. Most of the big players in the industry comes for placement in Loyola (all the big4, TCS, CTS, DE shaw, L&T, citi bank, idbi and lot more). Because of being a B.Sc. graduate one cannot expect a good package but an above average package can be expected. Out of 80 members in my class only 10 of us got pla...

The best experience a person can have.

Placements: For a commerce graduate, the placements are good. There are enough companies coming throughout the final year. Top companies like Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, DE Shaw also come to pick talents from Loyola. The companies coming to pick second years for internships are a little low. The placement cell can do better in bringing in many more good companies given the ranking of the college in the country.

Loyola lets your light shine, obviously it does.

Placements: It is compulsory for every student to complete their internship training in the final year. We have liberty to find the company as per our wish. About placement, it was quite complicated for the average students, I mean those who have the aggregate below 59%, where they have the restriction not to attend the campus interview for particular companies like Deloitte, E&Y, D.E Shaw, etc. In Loyola, each and every company offers the maximum package starting from CTC 2,50,000 to 4,00,000 per annum. I am very much satisfied by choosing this college.

Placements: We have a lot of opportunities. Many companies are visiting our campus, and most of the students have been placed in good companies with good salaries. Some companies are even recruiting the students with arrears (maximum 2). We have to apply for placement in the placement cell when the companies are approaching for recruitment.

Best college ever in my life.

Placements: In Chennai Loyola college, the campus interviews will be like an event because most of the prominent companies have come for the campus interviews like IBM, Vivo, Wipro, Infotech, Infosys etc. Every student can attend for the interview, and most of them get selected.

Three great years at Loyola.

Placements: No placement procedure for this course. The students had to find their placement opportunities, as there was no facility of companies coming in for interviews, as there were in other courses provided by this college. But as most students proceed to do their masters after this course, it did not hinder me in any way.

Loyola College -centre for excellence.

Placements: In the plant biology and biotechnology, placements after undergraduate course are not advice as it has very limited job options like, medical coding (10k-15k per month salary). Though you will have many companies for placement, some in the field of the subjects and some others job requiring any degree Like in bank. But after doing post graduation you will have multiple options to look for like, junior scientists, botanist, professor, etc. About which you will be guided by the staff members.

Placements: Many companies like Google, exo mobile, HDFC Bank, Citibank, EY global international services came for placements for the aspiring candidates and interviews were conducted on timely basis and many students were placed in big companies. On an average 50 percentage of students were placed.
