Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) - Batch of 2029
3.8

It offers a good college life with decent placements for commerce.
Placements: Around 55-60 percent of students from the commerce batch got placed through the college. The highest package I heard ranges from 5-6 LPA, and the average package ranges from 3-4 LPA. The lowest package ranges from 2-2.5 LPA. Mostly, audit firms, banks, and companies like TCS, Cognizant, and Accenture visit the college for placements. Half of the students got internships. Common roles offered are audit assistant, finance trainee, and business operations roles.
Infrastructure: Our classrooms are decent and have basic facilities. Wi-Fi is available, but it becomes slow during peak hours. The library is helpful for us and has good study space. The hostel is safe. The mess food is average, and the canteen gives a better variety. Sports and medical facilities are also available.
Faculty: Most teachers are helpful and explain topics clearly. But a few are strict with attendance and deadlines. The course curriculum is good and covers core topics, but we need extra courses or internships for better exposure in the industry. Exams are moderate in difficulty. The pass percentage is good if we keep up.
Other: I chose commerce at Loyola because Loyola has a good reputation. The best parts are the crown and campus life. The atmosphere is good. I should provide fast Wi-Fi facility and more placement drives focused on the core subject. Overall, the course gives decent exposure.

This is the best college for M.Sc. in Chemistry course.
Placements: More than 90% of students are placed in our college. The average package is 9 LPA, with a maximum of 13 LPA. Top recruiters include Aragen Life Sciences, Asian Paints, Merck, and others. The top roles offered are chemical engineer, clinical research associate, etc. About 85% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: The college amenities are good. Our classrooms are fully furnished with technology. Wi-Fi is available both at the college and in the hostel. The library has a large collection of books and journals. The hostel rooms are nicely furnished. Both North Indian and South Indian cuisines are served in the mess. The canteen is spacious and has comfortable seating.
Faculty: Faculty has great prestige. Many faculty members have made important research contributions and received prestigious awards. They also discuss competitive exams, assignments, and evaluation procedures in detail. It’s easy to give tests, but we need to be well-prepared.

Really good infrastructure, faculty members, and curriculum.
Placements: The college offers very good placements for meritorious students, and highly reputed companies like Deloitte hire students for jobs with an average package of Rs. 6.05 LPA. The college has its own very functional training and placement cell which helps students with upskilling and getting placed in campus interviews.
Infrastructure: The library is very vast and has a collection of more than ten thousand books and articles, and also various books for those preparing for competitive examinations. The network facility here is absolutely functional without interruptions. The mess here also tastes good.
Faculty: Every faculty member here is highly knowledgeable with a growth mindset. They help students not only in academics but also in other upskilling activities. The course curriculum is up to date and systematically tailored for current technology. The semester exam difficulties in this college are moderate.

M.A. in Economics - Batch of 2023

5Placements5Infrastructure5Faculty5Crowd & Campus Life5Value for Money
Overall, best college for M.A. in economics course.
Placements: In our college, about 57% of students got placed. The highest salary offered was 15 LPA. Most students were placed. Most recruiters recruit students from our departments and specialize in expected numbers. Students got a placement or went abroad for further studies. Our college transfers were excellent. On average, students participate in entrepreneurship. Roles offered were expert, strategy consultant, and many more.
Infrastructure: We had great infrastructure and departments with central AC throughout the campus. Wi-Fi was available in every corner of campus, as well as ample space in classrooms and research labs. Hostels were the best, with a central theater and separate hostels for boys and girls. Our hotels had restrooms and a TV room.
Faculty: Teachers were highly qualified since effective teaching abilities differ greatly. Additionally, teachers exhibit behaviors that were so distinct that we recall our educators. Semester exams were simple. The portion we could reduce from the overall amount relies on our attendance in class and our concentration on learning. The rate of passing was 95%.

M.A. in Economics - Batch of 2023

5Placements5Infrastructure5Faculty5Crowd & Campus Life5Value for Money
Overall, the best college for the M.A. in Economics Course.
Placements: As much as 77% of students were excluded from my research. The package is limited to 50,000 INR each month. Firms such as Avasoft, TNB Bank, ICICI Bank, among others, arrive for placements. Each student secures internships by reaching out to various companies. Sustainability specialist, policy analyst, and similar positions are available through my course.
Infrastructure: Our college housing was awful. We had Wi-Fi, a computer lab, and air-conditioned classrooms. We also had air-conditioned libraries and digital libraries. Furthermore, we had a restaurant with several stalls, offering a variety of foods such as drinks, snacks, and meals. The food provided was all good, with cleanliness being the top priority.
Faculty: Every faculty member here is doing their job really well. Studying only for a degree is not good for transfer jobs, it's important that the knowledge gained is relevant to the topic or stream. If students study every day from the very beginning, they can easily pass a semester exam, which alone can help them get a good percentage. The pass rate is above 72%.

Overall, best college for M.Sc. in chemistry course.
Placements: I completed my M.Sc. in chemistry from this college in 2017. In my study, all the students got internships in various top industries. Approximately 70% of students secured placements through college campus. Some of the top players were Modern, Procter and Gamble, ONGC, etc. Some of us got the highest package of 25 LPA. Higher-level roles included lab scientist, operations manager, and many more.
Infrastructure: College offered international programs that included modern art and colonial architecture. Classrooms include air-conditioning and feature a cutting-edge teaching curriculum. College featured a top-tier library and offered access to numerous patients. Hotel rooms surpass those in other establishments. Students received a room following their first year.
Faculty: The instructors and faculty members were highly professional. Every person was highly skilled and capable. This curriculum was relevant to everyone in society, ensuring that students were well-equipped for employment.
