A complete review of Loyola College.
Placements: At least 69% of the students passed my course. The highest package was around 6 LPA, and the average was around 4.5 LPA for B.Com. There were top recruiting companies like TCS, EY, Deloitte, and some banks too, which are some of the important banks in India. Every student must do their internship at any company based on the course they chose, as an internship at Loyola College is mandatory. The top roles will be from junior HR to administrative manager.
Infrastructure: The faculty members are some of the best teaching staff you could find, except for some who do all the work with the help of PPTs and all. The only thing you would get annoyed with is the Wi-Fi connection, as every class has their own Wi-Fi network, but they won't let you have the passwords. You could get the password for the library system from the library. The library also has a digital library where you could have all the internet facilities, with more PCs there for your convenience. Loyola Men's Hostel is one of the best hostels around in Tamil Nadu. They have food with great taste and the infrastructure in the hostel is also good. Sports at Loyola College are the best.
Faculty: All the teachers are qualified to teach the upcoming students as they are more and more industry-oriented, and some facilities are helping students invest in certain growing companies. The teaching quality rivals that of the faculty at top business institutions. It is full of theory and stuff, and the teachers help students learn it in a way that makes them ready to apply their knowledge in the industry. The semester exams are normal. If you study enough, then you'll pass. But for some subjects, you'll have to study more than enough. Mostly, the pass percentage will be around 94–95%.
Other: Loyola College conducts various cultural programs. The whole college celebrates OVATION as the most important college fest, where various departments from the college compete against each other. Other than that, each department conducts their own culturals, where they invite other colleges to the fest. Loyola College has a specific scholarship cell called LSSS. If you are from a very poor background, they'll provide you with the scholarship and all.

I am not satisfied with teachers because they treat students like school children.
Placements: Our college provides good placements. Only some students get jobs according to their knowledge and performance in the interview. Many staff members teach students how to crack interviews.
Infrastructure: The hostel facilities are good. Our college concentrates on sports. The college provides admission for talented students in sports. Our college has three canteens.
Faculty: Our teachers are helpful. Some teachers do not have any knowledge about the subject. They present the PDFs on screen and then start to read. Students don't understand anything.
Other: Loyola College is a college that you can only join because of its reputation in society. College life is not good.

A good college to choose and provides various opportunities.
Placements: The average package our super seniors received is 5,00,000 per annum, and the highest is 12,00,000 per annum. About 30-40% of people were placed in our super seniors' batch, while most others preferred pursuing higher studies. Companies like TCS, Deloitte, Goldman Sachs, and E&Y come for recruitment here.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, smart classrooms, a library, playgrounds, conference halls, a food court, and many other facilities are available on the college campus, and especially our classrooms are air-conditioned. Hostel facilities are good, and there are about three food courts inside the college itself; the hostel food is also good.
Faculty: The faculty consists of highly professional and well-educated individuals. Their teaching is especially nice, and most students can understand the content. The staff from external coaching centers for CMA US coaching is particularly good at teaching. This course is relevant for me, and it will definitely help me reach my dream. Semesters are not that difficult, except for the CMA papers, as the CMA paper questions are mostly MCQs, so we need to be clear on the concepts. It's important to start studying early; otherwise, it can be a difficult subject to deal with.
Other: I mainly chose this course and college because it is known for its placements, it is listed among the top 10 colleges in India in the NIRF ranking, and it is one of the reputed institutes celebrating its 100th year next year.

Overall it is a good college, with a good campus life.
Placements: Around 50 - 60% students get placed in campus placements. The highest package is around 6LPA, and the average package is around 3 to 3.5LPA. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, and TCS. Top role offered is Assistant manager in a sector.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are good and well furnished. They are equipped with projectors, and Wi-Fi facility is available throughout the college. The library is well stocked. The hostel is good, and mess food is also hygienic and good. Sports facilities are also available.
Faculty: Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The course curriculum is mostly academic, and doesn't make the students industry ready. The teaching methodology is good. Semester exams are tough, and can be passed only by studying throughout the year. The pass percentage is around 70 to 80.
Other: I chose B.Com, as I was interested in banking and economics side.

Placements: Almost 75% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 2.50 LPA. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Standard Chartered, etc. Around 80% of students got internships in companies like L&T, Wipro, Mahindra, etc. The top role offered is corporate relation officer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. Facilities are also better. Wi-Fi is enabled on our campus. Laboratory is also well-equipped. Classrooms are maintained properly. It also provides a decent library. Hostels are better. The food served in the mess is average. Canteen is also available. Medical facilities are good. Playground is available, and many sports are conducted.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and kind. They are well-qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is excellent. Semester exams are easy if we prepare well. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I chose this course because of its high scope. The best thing about this course is that we can join as accountants or corporate relations officers. Everything is improved in this college. Many events are organised like cultural events, sports, etc.
