Q:   Is M.M.H. College good for B.A.?

A:
{Source: B.A. students & alumni}

Based on student reviews and alumni feedback, here's what emerges:

* Infrastructure: Average infrastructure with outdated classrooms, libraries, and hostels.
* Teaching: Some teachers are knowledgeable and supportive, while others may need improvement.
* Placements: Limited placement opportunities, mainly in NGOs and schools, with salaries ranging from INR18,000 to INR20,000 per month.
* Career prospects: Good for those interested in pursuing careers in government services, psychology, or education.
* Internships: Opportunities exist, such as internships at the Lucknow Mental Hospital.
* Campus life: Regular cultural and national events, but no fresher or farewell parties.
* Facilities: Good library resources, but limitations on Wi-Fi usage and no hostel facilities.
* Support: Helpful teachers for bright students, but some may require extra effort.

Q:   Is B.Sc. at M.M.H. College a good choice?

A:
{Source: B.Sc. students & alumni}

Based on student reviews and alumni feedback, here's what you need to know:

Pros:

* Faculty: Students praise the supportive and knowledgeable faculty members, with many holding Ph.D.s.
* Course Curriculum: The course offers diversity and relevance, allowing students to explore various subjects and pursue higher studies.
* Campus Life: The college has a vibrant campus culture with various extracurricular activities, sports facilities, and cultural events.
* Affordability: M.M.H. College is a government institution, offering relatively low tuition fees compared to other private colleges.

Cons:

* Placement: Unfortunately, the college doesn't offer placement assistance or internships for B.Sc. students. Some companies may visit for other courses like BCA/BBA, but not for B.Sc.
* Lab Infrastructure: While the college has laboratories, some students felt that the equipment was outdated, and the libraries lacked modern books.
* Limited Career Opportunities: Without placement assistance, students may struggle to find job opportunities directly after completing their degree.

In conclusion, while M.M.H. College excels in terms of faculty, course curriculum, and campus life, its limited career prospects due to lack of placement assistance might make it a less desirable option for students seeking immediate employment. However, for students looking for a solid foundation in Science and willing to continue their education, this college might still be a suitable choice.

A:
{Source: B.Com students & alumni}

Infrastructure and Facilities

* The college has a huge campus with a large library, which is considered one of the best in Ghaziabad.
* The college provides facilities like a water cooler and air-conditioning in classes at affordable rates.
* However, the hostel and canteen facilities are not up to mark.
* The classrooms are big, but lack proper ventilation.
* The college has a decent infrastructure, but it needs improvement.

Teaching and Curriculum

* The teachers are knowledgeable and well-qualified, with many having UGC NET qualifications.
* The curriculum covers all the important aspects of the course, making it a valuable degree.
* Some students found the teachers to be unhelpful, while others appreciated their guidance.
* The semester exams are challenging, but manageable for students who put in effort.

Placements and Internships

* Unfortunately, the college does not provide placements or internships for B.Com students.
* Companies do not visit the college for placements, and students are expected to secure jobs independently.
* While some students managed to get internships, these were usually arranged by individual efforts outside the college.

Overall Value

* The college is known for providing a good education at an affordable rate, with annual fees ranging from INR3,000 to INR4,000 for B.Com.
* While the college may not excel in terms of infrastructure, it makes up for it with a strong academic reputation and supportive teachers.
* For students looking for a budget-friendly option and prioritizing academics over extra-curriculars, M.M.H. College might be a suitable choice.

Keep in mind that these observations are based on the limited feedback provided by students and alumni. As with any institution, experiences may vary depending on individual perspectives and expectations.

Good college for the students who want to work and prepare for competitive exams.
Placements: The college does not promise placements. But yes, once it organized a job fair, which was a good opportunity for the students. Very well-known companies were part of it. But as per expectations, the ratio of recruited students was very low.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is not so extraordinary. It is a typical government college. But yes, the building is maintained but not good tables or chairs, and there is no Wi-Fi. The main building of the department is good, but the commerce building is the worst among all.
Faculty: The teachers of this college are highly qualified, but you cannot take advantage of this as there are no regular classes in the college. And if you think that you will be prepared for the university exams, then it is a myth. But yes, the exams are easy, and anyone can score marks just by simple revision.

It is an average college to get a degree easily.
Placements: There is no scope for placements in our college but it is a good college for graduation. Around 10% to 20% of students who score more than 8.5 CGPA will get placed with an average salary package of 2 LPA to 5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is average. Classrooms are average with basic facilities like fans, lights, and a blackboard. Hostel, mess, and canteen facilities are not available. There are basic medical facilities for first aid.
Faculty: Some teachers in our college are helpful to bright students but some of them are good and helpful.
Other: I chose this course because I want to prepare for government services.

All about MMH College, Ghaziabad.
Placements: It is a typical government college with rude staff, but the campus is huge (of course it’s on a government land though). The quality of teaching is good. The teachers are also decent but not very helpful. There is no such thing as internships, you have to find out yourself. This is all you can expect from a government college.
Infrastructure: The college library is the one of the biggest libraries in Ghaziabad, no other college has such a big library. The college provides a water cooler and AC in the classes. The facilities are provided at such cheap rates which is a good thing. You will get a government college’s degree which holds a decent value.
Faculty: Sometimes the professors skip the classes. Otherwise. the curriculum is good and covers all the important things about the course and has value for money. You will get a valuable degree. All the colleges in Ghaziabad are affiliated with CCS University.
Other: The college has scholarships for those in need.

Our college provides a great opportunity for students who prepare for competitive exams.
Placements: This is a government institute, so there are few placements. Companies that come here for recruitment offer unfavourable packages. For students who are aiming for jobs in the government sector, it can be a good opportunity.
Infrastructure: Most buildings and classrooms are in bad condition. The paint is coming off the walls. The windows of classrooms are broken. CCTV doesn't work. Fans didn't work in most classrooms. Study tables and chairs are in bad condition. The library has a wide range of books.
Faculty: Teachers here are well-educated, experienced, and knowledgeable. Most teachers didn't take classes.

Review of M.M.H. College.
Placements: MMH College did not provide any kind of placement.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was not too good.
Faculty: In our college, teachers were knowledgeable and they studied very well.
Other: I chose this course because of the fees. It was a government college so fees were very low.

The infrastructure is average .
Placements: I'll be honest with you, this is a government college and it does not provide any placements at all. I wasn't offered any placement, and I'm confident that no one else was either, as there is no placement cell. There is a BBA department, so maybe they provide placements to their students.
Infrastructure: I'm not sure if the college provides any hostel facilities as I've never looked for a hostel room. The infrastructure of the college, in my opinion, is good. There should be some development in the labs as the lab equipment used to be very old. However, the classrooms are good.
Faculty: The faculty of our department was good; they were supportive in many ways and they absolutely knew how to motivate their students regarding their future. There used to be many professors for one subject. The faculty was extraordinary; they knew how to teach.
Other: Well, our batch was quite friendly. There used to be a hundred students in one section, and they were all very friendly and kind. Also, the course is a general degree. In my course, there were three subjects: Zoology, Botany, and Chemistry.
