Placements: In today's competitive world, with so many engineering colleges like there are shops on every corner of the street, the MITS is like an old stone having a history of 60 years and a league of alumni. Many companies regularly visit it but unfortunately, due to its location and having less exposure it does not offer any huge or fancy packages but you can get a package of Rs. 3 lacs per annum to Rs. 4 lacs per annum easily.
Placements: Since I'm a student of architecture, there is no placement cell in it. Our seniors have directly applied for the internship in the architectural firms. This year, the director of the college have assured us for bringing architectural firms in the college.
Placements: The placements of our senior batch were average. Around 182 students got placed with a package of 3.6 LPA. Various companies like IBM, Accenture, Direct I, etc. visited the campus. The companies offered roles such as software engineer. Around 43% of the students got internships from our college.
Placements: I was a postgraduate scholar of industrial system and drives stream. This is a part of the electrical engineering department, for which there were only 2 or 3 companies participated in the campus but for UG programmes, there were more companies participating.
Placements: For our batch, 3 to 4 companies participated in the campus, and total placement was approximately 30%, but for graduation courses, the percentage of companies participating and placement record was very high with an average package of 4 to 5 lakhs. Many reputed companies take part in the pool campus in the only limited colleges.
Placements: There are no placements for the architecture branch. There should be guidance and programme made available for the students for further guidance related to internships and future opportunities. Engineering students do have placements, and they are good with respect to intake by companies and salary offered.
Placements: The placements were decent for my batch as well as for a senior batch. Placement for the mechanical department is far good when compared to the college. Around 50% of the got placed in 10 core companies, and rest of them were placed in the mass recruitment. The highest salary offered in our batch was 4.5 LPA and for senior 8 LPA and average for both to be 3.25 LPA. The mass recruiters were such as Wipro, Accenture etc. and the core mechanical recruiters were Britannia, Crompton Greaves, Jamna au...
Placements: The placements were good. Companies like Infosys, Tata Consultancy Services, LPU, etc. visited with a package of 2.40 to 3.25 lpa and some students got placed in them for the role of a software engineer, assistant professor, etc. Some students also got an internship with a stipend in the range of 0 to 15K.
Placements: In my knowledge, around 300 students were placed last year on the campus. The highest salary offered to the students of the branches chemical, electrical, and mechanical by Trident group was around 9.6 lpa. The one-day companies that came to our college were Accenture, Infosys, IBM, Capgemini and one more. They all offered the package of 3-4 lakh per annum. Besides these companies, many more companies also visited like Crompton, Quikr, Amazon, Britannia, L&T and many more which took a limited nu...
Placements: The placements seen in the campus are of good quality. The placement cell works effectively with the coordination of students and actively remains in touch with the companies coming to the campus for hiring. The college ranks 15 in the latest Dataquest-CMR T-school survey for top 25 T-schools of India. The average placement is around 60% of the batch with an average CTC of 3.6 LPA and the highest around 10 LPA.
Placements: Placement was good. Various companies like Infosys, Wipro, L&T, Quikr, Tech-Mahindra, Amdocs, Accenture, Persistent, TCS, Capgemini, Sneijder, Glasgow, etc.came to our college. The highest package was around 11 LPA and the average was 3.5 LPA. Generally, the companies offer the profile of software engineer and graduate trainee.
Placements: The placements in our college were satisfactory but not up to the mark of our senior batch. Mostly, the companies which are software oriented and which consists of software projects visited our college for the recruitment and the companies that are beneficial for the other branches students with the industrial work and project didn't show their interest towards our college. The highest package was 9 lakhs in one of the IT companies and for most of the people, that company was the mass recruiter ...
Placements: The placements percentage is 65% which is more than our previous batch i.e. 57%. The highest package was 8 lacs per annum and the lowest one was 3 lacs per annum. Companies which visited were like Tata and Mahindra for mechanical students, Cadbury and Indian Oil for chemical and mechanical along with Drishti Soft Solutions for CS students. Companies for EC students also came here.
Placements: The campus placement is very good in MITS Gwalior as the number of students placed in 2016 was 334 which was larger than in 2015, where it was 293. The highest package in 2016 was 11 lakhs per annum and Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Crompton Greaves, Britannia, Godrej, Schneider Electric, TCS, BORL and IBM visited MITS Gwalior for campus placements.
Placements: The placements of MITS, Gwalior are average. This year, Accenture offered a package of 3.5 LPA to 182 students. Added to it, Capgemini offered 3.1 LPA to 13 students. Oman Refinery is visiting our institute on 15th January. Students are expecting some more companies which will offer jobs to the students.
Placements: This time, the placements were really good. Out of 120 students, 90 got placed. The maximum salary offered was Rs. 12 lakhs per annum and the minimum was Rs. 5 lakhs per annum. The companies that came for placement were really good. The job given was not so good. Many students did not take the job. The students who were having a CGPA above 6 and no back in the semesters were only offered placement. There is no internship given to the students from the college. The students have to arrange thei...
Placements: Until two years ago, the placement of the college was very good but now, the college placement graph is reducing day by day. Yet, about 50 percent of the students of the college get placed in CSE and IT departments. Also, some quality students of other departments also get placed in top companies of India and outside.
Placements: The placement is good for computer science engineering and mechanical engineering branches but in civil engineering, only 2-3% of students get a 3.5 lacs/year package. I don't think civil engineering core companies are not interested in recruiting Madhav Institute of Technology and Science students.
Placements: It is the best for placements. 60 to 70 percent students got placed per year in each batch. The highest package is 10-12 lacs per annum and the minimum package is 3.6 lacs per annum offered by companies. Adani, Wipro, L&T, TCS, HCL, HP, Vodafone, etc visited our college to offer a job.
Placements: Frankly speaking, you can't see core companies coming here. The only hope to get placed is via IT companies such as TCS, Infosys, etc which provide a package of 3-4 lakhs on an average. Only very less number of students make it to the elite group of packages close to 8-9 LPA. The highest package awarded in this institution has been 9.6 LPA by a company called Trident. The lowest packages are the usual ones at about 3-4 lacs. We are still hoping that the situation will become better when we will b...
