Placements: We still haven't been placed yet and our seniors were a batch of 60. Out of them, only 7-8 got placed with a package of Rs. 2-3 lacs per annum. Many core companies have even blacklisted our college because of some alumni leaving their job without even completing one year. There are little chances of getting placed from our college with good salary packages. Talking of getting internships, for your knowledge, none of the companies came for offering the internship in our college. We ourselves hav...
Placements: In the college, many companies come to recruit the students of many branches every year. The highest package is 11.6 lacs, which is good. Many core companies came, respective to the departments. The placement of MITS, Gwalior is in a good condition compared to other state government colleges in Madhya Pradesh.
Placements: Placements don't have a good status in MITS. Companies come and hire a bunch of students.at a very low package around 3 LPA. The training and placement cell does fulfill what they are supposed to do. The organization of placements is also very poor. There are very few core companies that visit the college and I don't know what might be the reason. The college management's is not serious, still, there are quality students who deserve good jobs
Placements: Placement structure at MITS is average. You can't too high a package here. The top most packages go to very few candidates. Still, many got placed at low packages too. Wipro, TCS, Infosys and Accenture are companies that come here frequently with a low package offering of 3-4 lakh per annum.
Placements: The placements from our institution were quite good. About 65-70% of computer science and IT students get placed in renowned MNCs like Accenture, Capgemini, Amdocs, Infosys, etc. The highest salary offered is about 4.5 lakhs per annum and the average salary is 3.5 lakhs per annum.
Placements: Placements were quite good from our college. About 60-70% of computer science and IT students were placed in renowned MNCs like Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture and Amdocs. The highest salary offered is about 4.5 lakhs per annum and the average salary is 3.5 lakhs per year. Companies that visited our college are Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, Amdocs, IBM, etc. Students were given roles like application manager, assistant manager, software developer, etc. ...
Placements: Placement of the college is good. At least 8 out of every 10 students get placed at a good package. Minimum package is about 2.5 lakhs per annum. Major recruiters are Tech Mahindra, Infosys, L&T, TCS, Crompton Greaves, HCL, Britannia and many others. All these recruiters give a positive review about the college and its students.
Placements: Many famous companies like Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Amdocs, etc. visited our college and recruited a large number of students. About 60% of students from CSE/IT branch are recruited with an average package of 3.5 lakhs. The highest package is offered by Quickr that is 11 lakhs.
Placements: Placements are good. Many companies come to this college including TCS, Wipro, etc. There is a large number of placements. Last year, two students got 9-10 lacs. We do not have a separate department for training and placement which is a weak point. Overall, placements are neither bad nor too good.
Placements: Good placement. The highest package is 18 lakh. At least 75% students get placed. Mostly, the students do their summer training by 6th semester. Regular seminars are organized to prepare students for new situations. As for my branch, electrical, we mostly get internship in BHEL, MPEB.
Placements: Placements had not been very good up until 2016. The number of companies that visited for 2016 batch was drastic when compared to last years. Also for 2017 batch, companies such as Accenture, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini and IBM all were a part of just the first-month placement drive. Later on, there were core placements for other branches also. The salary range was 3.5 LPA (min) to 9 LPA (max) as far as I know till now. Students placed were around 50-70% approx. ...
Placements: The placement is good here in the electrical department. Last year, many companies have been placed and many students received good packages. Schneider and General Motors have visited for placements. Last year, ten students were placed at a package of around 10 lakhs. They were offered different roles.
Placements: The placement opportunities are good for those who deserve. Still, the ratio isn't that good. The average salary package is approximately 3-4 lakh per annum. Major common companies like Infosys, TCS visit the college usually. In this heavy competition, it's not that easy to get a placement here, one needs to have some soft skills that play a key role in PI. If a localite of Gwalior, wants to take a college in Gwalior then MITS is a good option as compared to others. At the time of campus selecti...
Placements: There are good placement opportunities but most of the students opt for M.Tech after completing their bachelor's degree. My senior batch is very intelligent and aware of what they want to do. The highest package offered was 9 lakhs. Students are encouraged to volunteer in the placement cell so that they get a first-hand experience of the placement procedure.
Placements: As MITS is the most popular college of North India, it has a good placement record. Many of my seniors are placed. There are more than 60% students who got placed in many companies. Companies like Quikr, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Mahindra, TCS, IBM, Britannia and many more. The highest package is 11 lakh rupees, the lowest is 3 lakh and the average goes up to 4.5 lakh rupees.
Placements: My batch was the first batch for this branch so cannot comment on the placement. But in other branches, placements took place. In the electrical department, TCS offered a package of Rs. 9 lakhs to 11 students. Only 5-10% students got an internship from the college.
Placements: Placement is good here. Last year, it was too good. Approximately 90% students were placed in different companies from different fields for roles like project engineer, maintenance engineer, web developer etc. Though the package was not too high, it was quite good (around 4.9 lakhs highest and 2.5 lakhs minimum).
Placements: Placement is good here. Last year placements were too good. Approximately 90% students were placed in different companies. Roles offered were of project engineer, maintenance engineer, web developer, etc. Though the package was not too high but it was quite good. 4.9 lakhs was the highest package offered while 2.5 lakhs was the minimum.
Placements: If we talk about placements of our seniors, it was around 70-80 %. The highest package was 9 lakhs, the lowest was 2.5 lakhs and the average is 3.5 lakhs. Companies like Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Accenture and much more visited our college. Actually, no one was offered by any company for internship. But, the placement ratio for CSE and IT branches is more than any other branches. The college provides special classes in preparing for interviews. It organises GDs and debate rounds. I am happy with m...
